On3 4-star WR, Utah commit Justius Lowe picks up USC, Notre Dame offers
USC and Notre Dame have extended offers to Portland (Ore.) Lake Oswego wide receiver and Utah commit Justius Lowe.
Lowe committed to the Utes the day before the early signing period opened, but did not sign with the program.
The On3 Consensus – a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies – has Justius Lowe as the No. 696 overall player in the country and No. 101 wide receiver in the nation.
Lowe is ranked much higher by On3, which views him as a four-star recruit, the No. 216 overall recruit and No. 30 wideout.

On3 also has Lowe as the second best player from Oregon after Portland (Ore.) Westview wide receiver and Michigan signee Darrius Clemons.
Lowe has also received an offer from Florida since committed to Utah. He told Gators Online that Billy Napier is leading the charge in his recruitment.
“We probably text…I want to say once every day, so like every other day he hits me up and we talk a little bit,” Justius Lowe said.
