On3 Elite announces D1 Hardin Valley as presenting sponsor for On3 Elite Series
On3 Elite has announced D1 Hardin Valley as the presenting sponsor of the second annual On3 Elite Series, the invitation-only event for elite 2025 football prospects that grants them and their family an all-expenses-paid trip to Nashville from May 28 to 30th.
The event will connect top recruits with the leading voices and decision-makers in college sports. Athletes will hear about the latest trends with Name, Image and Likeness (NIL), and gain an understanding of their On3 NIL Valuation.
Since its inception in 2001, D1 Training has become the go-to destination for elite athletes. What started off as a small outfit training athletes on a field has evolved into nearly 100 training facilities across the country.
One of its top performers, D1 Hardin Valley, based in Knoxville, Tennessee, will have multiple “Activation Stations” and involve some its partners such as PRIME hydration.
“We are super excited to have the opportunity to be the presenting sponsor with On3 Elite on their event series,” said Devin Driscoll, the owner of D1 Hardin Valley. “Along with D1 HV, we will also have territories in Dallas, Alabama and Chattanooga involved in this incredible event. We can’t wait until May and are honored to be involved.”
Speakers at the On3 Elite Series will feature voices from media, legal, financial and other fields that can provide the invited athletes and guardians insight into the rapidly evolving NIL Marketplace.

“We have the fastest-growing media brand in college sports, and we’re excited for D1 Hardin Valley to join us in welcoming the top high school football talent in the country,” said Shannon Terry, the CEO and founder of On3. “The core values of the Elite Series are to inform, educate, communicate and protect. The support of D1 ensures athletes will be informed on the ins and outs of NIL.”
Thirty-five athletes have accepted invitations to the May event, including 13 five-star prospects in the 2025 recruiting class, which will be hosted at the W Nashville Hotel.
On3 recently launched the Athlete Social Network app under the brand On3 Elite. The privately secured social network connects high school and college athletes to schools, coaches, brands, collectives, media and fans through websites, mobile apps and events. Through On3 Elite, athletes will build relationships, maximize NIL opportunities and enhance their performance.
“We’re excited and ready to put on a top-level event for the stars of tomorrow,” Head of On3 Elite Grant Frerking said. “With the commitment from D1 Hardin Valley, we’re ready to deliver a top-notch event that educates athletes on how to leverage their NIL.”
