On3 explores four players in the conversation to enter the 2022 rankings
On3 is updating its 2022 rankings on Monday at 11 AM CST – set your calendars. However, leading up to the rankings, we want to start the conversation with fans.
Here we explore four players in the conversation to enter our 2022 top 150, who are not currently listed.
**The On3 Consensus is a proprietary algorithm that compiles ratings and rankings from all four major recruiting media services.
C Patrick Wessler Virginia Tech signee
The development Wessler has had over the last eight months is noticeable. He has always had a toughness about him, blessed with good length and legit size as a footer. He has done a great job of finding his spots this year and flashing hard in traffic. The lefty showed over the summer is a good passer and can knock down a trail three. Still, it has been his work with Lincolnton (NC) Combine Academy this season, his consistent double-double production, the strength he has developed in his core, and his base that puts him in the conversation. Wessler is currently No. 184 in the On3 Consensus.
PF Guillermo Diaz Uncommitted
Diaz has been in the United States for less than five months. He played this summer with the U18 Spanish national team in the FIBA Challengers as he is originally from the Canary Islands. Diaz stands 7-feet tall and has a fluid and skilled game. Diaz is an excellent passer; he can push the break or have the offense run through him in the half-court. He moves well off the ball, and he can face up and take his man off the bounce or shoot the three over the top. Diaz currently claims offers from Maryland, Georgia Tech, Utah, and a handful of others. Currently, Diaz is not in the On3 Consensus 2022 rankings.

SF Mike Sharavjamts Dayton signee
At 6-foot-8, Sharavjamts is a skilled wing. He has the handle and vision to initiate the offense, the athleticism to create from the wing, and the length to be a good team defender, especially in the passing lanes. The native of Mongolia will need to continue putting on weight, but there are no real holes in his game. Sharavjamts was a backup at Napa (Calif) Prolific Prep last season; he transferred to Willoughby (OH) ISA Academy, where he has taken on a featured role and not looked back. Currently, Sharavjamts is not in the On3 Consensus rankings.
PF Leonard Miller Uncommitted
One time watching Miller and you see, ‘it.’ Then after whichever 20 and ten performance he gives you that day, you hear his back story. His brother is a starter at TCU and how Miller grew six and a half inches in the last 18 months. Then you start to piece together the immense upside. This season, the 6-10 Fort Erie (CAN) International Academy forward is leading the Grind Session and the country of Canada in scoring at 32 per game. He has ball skills, shoots it at a high clip, and is just beginning to scratch the surface. Miller’s offers include TCU, Alabama, Oklahoma State, Kansas, Providence, and Washington State. Currently, Miller is not in the On3 Consensus rankings.
