Each week, On3 selects coordinators of the week from each Group of Five conference.

Our choices for Week 9: 

AAC — Tim Cramsey, Memphis OC

Memphis racked up 600 yards and six touchdowns in a 45-42 win over North Texas. The final touchdown, which came with 12 seconds remaining, was the game’s decisive score and capped a five-play, 75-yard drive that took just 35 seconds for the Tigers to complete.

Conference USA — Rod Smith, Jacksonville State OC

Jacksonville State scored five touchdowns in a 41-16 victory over FIU. The Gamecocks ran for 265 yards and had four rushing touchdowns.

MAC — Lou Esposito, Western Michigan DC

Western Michigan’s defense had four takeaways and produced points on a defensive touchdown and two safeties during a 45-21 win over Eastern Michigan. The Broncos also had four sacks and held the Eagles to 28 rushing yards.

Mountain West — Boise State OC Bush Hamdan/Boise State DC Spencer Danielson

Boise outgained Wyoming 443-112 during a 32-7 win over the Cowboys. The Broncos were 9 of 15 on third and fourth downs while limiting the Cowboys to 1 of 11 on third downs.

Sun Belt — Bryan Ellis, Georgia Southern OC

Georgia Southern’s offense produced 37 points in the first 50 minutes of a 44-27 victory over Georgia State, including 34 points through the game’s first 35 minutes as the Eagles built a 34-7 lead by the early point of the third quarter.
