On3 Impact 300: Top 25 quarterback rankings see shake-up after Week 7 of college football
Following another Saturday of heroic performances, On3’s top 25 quarterbacks in the On3 Impact 300 have received another shakeup. Week 7 action across college football was wild and unpredictable but it gave some signal-callers the opportunity to rise to the occasion.
The On3 Impact 300 has been re-analyzed and re-ranked to provide the best picture of the top quarterbacks across the country. The On3 Impact 300 rankings also factor into the calculations for the On3 NIL Valuation.
Utah quarterback Cam Rising went from unranked to No. 18 this week after he led the Utes to a come-from-behind win over USC. He threw for a career-high with 415 passing yards with two scores and added another 60 yards and three scores rushing.

Bryce Young jumped back into the top three, despite Tennessee’s win over the Crimson Tide on Saturday. In his first game back from injury, he had a season-high 455 passing yards and two touchdowns.
Minnesota quarterback Tanner Morgan was the only player to drop out of the top 25 this week. He suffered a head injury that required a trip to a medical facility but he could be back in time for the Golden Gopher’s game versus Penn State this weekend. Morgan went 4-for-12 for 21 yards and an interception before exiting the game on Saturday.
