On3’s top 25 quarterbacks in the On3 Impact 300 continued proving themselves in Week 9 action across college football.

The On3 Impact 300 has been re-analyzed and re-ranked to provide the best picture of the top quarterbacks across the country. The On3 Impact 300 rankings also factor into the calculations for the On3 NIL Valuation.

The results have once again shaken up the rankings, however, Ohio State’s CJ Stroud remains No. 1 overall. The leading Heisman Trophy candidate took over the top spot after Week 4 and hasn’t moved since. Stroud threw for 354 yards and one touchdown in the 44-31 Week 9 win versus Penn State.

Falling out of the top 10 this week was Will Levis. The Kentucky star’s 98-yard, three-touchdown stat line has him at No. 16 after finishing at No. 7 last week.

The biggest riser of Week 9 action was Florida State’s Jordan Travis. In the team’s 41-16 win over Georgia Tech, Travis threw for 396 yards and three touchdowns, including a career-long 78-yard completion.

Arizona quarterback Jayden de Laura cracked the top 25 after Week 9 for the first time this season. The Wildcats lost on Saturday but De Laura had another 350+ yard passing game and added three more touchdowns to his resume.

Houston Cougars QB Clayton Tune worked his way back into the rankings at No. 24 after an 83.8% completion day with 380 yards and four touchdowns versus USF.

Michigan quarterback JJ McCarthy and Washington State’s Cameron Ward were the two quarterbacks who fell out of the top 25 to make room for De Laura and Tune.
