On3 released its latest iteration of the 2024 On300 on Monday. Multiple prospects moved up in the rankings following their junior seasons, and there are a number of recruits who On3 is significantly higher on than the rest of the recruiting industry.

For a look at where top players rank throughout the industry, check out On3’s Industry Comparison rankings

Here are 10 more players that On3 is higher on:

4-star DL Benedict Umeh

On300 ranking: No. 29
Rivals: No. 139
247Sports: No. 134
ESPN: No. 81
Industry Comparison
On3 RPM: Penn State (39%), Duke (25.8%)

A native of Toronto, On3 top-30 DL Benedict Umeh is a multi-sport athlete with a basketball and wrestling background. The 6-foot-5, 240-pounder preps at Avon Old Farms in Connecticut and boasts a plus profile for size, athleticism, length and a frame that really stands out. On tape, Umeh flashed as a junior with exceptional first-step quickness and enough production off the edge that projects well inside. Even more impressive: Umeh could just be scratching the surface of his potential. Penn State has moved out in front on the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine over Duke.

4-star OT Josiah Thompson – South Carolina commit

On300 ranking: No. 21
Rivals: N/R
247Sports: No. 60
ESPN: No. 72
Industry Comparison

South Carolina bolstered its 2024 recruiting class with the addition of On3 top-25 in-state OT Josiah Thompson earlier this month. Thompson, a major riser in the On300 after his junior season, has prototypical size and length in a 6-foot-6, 280-pound frame. Thompson plays downhill and drives defenders to the second level consistently. He’s also nimble and light on his feet with very encouraging traits at a premium position up front.

4-star TE Jaden Reddell

On300 ranking: No. 31
Rivals: No. 207
247Sports: No. 56
ESPN: No. 67
Industry Comparison
On3 RPM: Alabama (24%), Tennessee (21%), Georgia (14.5%), Missouri (9.1%)

The tight end has become a polarizing position in the NFL and Jaden Reddell has continued to separate as On3’s top prospect at the position. The 6-foot-4, 225-pounder was On3’s MVP at Battle New Orleans as a dominant pass-catcher operating in the middle of the field and also in the red zone. Reddell was able to easily navigate downfield and operate down the seam and was equally as productive running routes outside the numbers. He has excellent body control and even better hands, and consistently made combat grabs all over the field.

4-star CB Jamari Howard – Michigan State commit

On300 ranking: No. 44
Rivals: N/A
247Sports: No. 75
ESPN: No. 94
Industry Comparison

Michigan State-committed cornerback Jamari Howard is one of the tallest, longest prospects at his position at close to 6-foot-2 and 175 pounds. Howard boasts an 80.5-inch wingspan and his height and length are key elements of his repertoire. In coverage, he’s a long-strider with fantastic closing speed and natural ball skills and was sound in coverage outside the numbers and underneath. As a junior, Howard was very productive in the return game. His blend of size, speed, and playmaking ability on both sides of the ball often makes Howard look like the best player on the field.

5-star OT Jonathan Daniels

On300 ranking: No. 11
Rivals: No. 130
247Sports: N/A
ESPN: No. 75
Industry Comparison
On3 RPM: Florida State (90.5%)

Jonathan Daniels was a top performer at the All-American Bowl Combine in San Antonio after a dominant season anchoring Pensacola (Fla.) Pine Forest’s offensive line. The 6-foot-5, 287-pounder is well-built with long arms and plays with a mauling style. On tape, Daniels is explosive out of his stance and is light on his feet. He plays with a strong foundation and is still continuing to develop physically, with room to add considerably more strength and also in time. The Sunshine State product was a major riser after his junior campaign and ascended to a five-star earlier this year. The in-state Seminoles lead the way on the RPM.

4-star CB Jon Mitchell – Penn State commit

On300 ranking: No. 98
Rivals: N/A
247Sports: 137
ESPN: No. 208
Industry Comparison

Penn State-committed cornerback Jon Mitchell blends both size (6-foot-1 175 pounds) with verified speed (11.06-second 100-meter), which certainly puts him rarified air from a traits perspective. On tape at Jacksonville (Fla.) Mandarin, Mtichell has profound ball skills, can go stride for stride with receivers on the perimeter and is also a productive defender on special teams and tackling in space. The Florida native is both quick and fast, two special traits to have at the position.

4-star TE Caleb Odom

On300 ranking: No. 37
Rivals: N/A
247Sports: 68
ESPN: No. 112
Industry Comparison
On3 RPM: Ole Miss (79.8%), Tennessee (3.2%)

Talented blue-chip tight end Caleb Odom was among the biggest risers in the country after his junior season at Carrollton (Ga.). The 6-foot-6, 216-pounder is a mismatch in the slot that can win with speed and also capitalize underneath by making contested catches consistently. Odom, a prospective power slot option on Saturdays, is also impressive as a receiver after the catch and is a very willing blocker, which we should see develop in his game more at the next level. Ole Miss is currently trending for Odom on the RPM.

4-star OT Fox Crader – Oregon commit

On300 ranking: No. 86
Rivals: N/A
247Sports: 151
ESPN: No. 290
Industry Comparison

Oregon-committed OT Fox Crader is among the best from the Pacific Northwest. The On3 top-100 tackle checks in with a 6-foot-6 and 285-pound frame and a true first-off-the-bus type of player. Crader has massive size and length, and being sub-300 pounds still is agile and moves well to block out in space and the second level. Crader has plus movement skills and a background on the basketball court. The future Duck is one of several really intriguing offensive tackles in this 2024 cycle.

4-star CB Wardell Mack

On300 ranking: No. 28
Rivals: 70
247Sports: 219
ESPN: No. 253
Industry Comparison
On3 RPM: LSU (98%)

On3 top-30 cornerback Wardell Mack plays a variety of positions for Marrero (La.) John Ehret both in the secondary as well as spot duty at wide receiver and also under center. Mack, the No. 5-ranked corner in this class, has long arms, quick feet and fantastic instincts on the field. As a junior, Mack was dynamic with the ball in his hand. He can accelerate quickly and consistently puts himself around the ball on defense. LSU leads the way on the RPM, but the elite defensive back recently made visits to Florida, Florida State and Texas.

4-star LB Wendell Gregory – South Carolina commit

On300 ranking: No. 57
Rivals: 229
247Sports: N/A
ESPN: No. 106
Industry Comparison

Another South Carolina commit On3 is high on is four-star linebacker Wendell Gregory. The Peach State product boasts excellent length at 6-foot-3 and was an impact contributor for the Marietta (Ga.) Walton defense in his first season playing on that side of the ball. Gregory, who weighs 220 pounds, is instinctual in coverage and consistently finds himself around the football. He takes direct paths to the football and is an explosive striker in space. Gregory also flashes as a pass-rush artist flying off the edge.
