On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine: Kyler Kasper set to commit Sunday
Gilbert (Ariz.) Williams Field four-star wide receiver Kyler Kasper is set to make his college commitment in less than 24 hours on Easter Sunday, announcing his decision date Saturday on Twitter.
At the time Kasper announced his decision time, the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine favored Tennessee. The Vols sat at 66.0%, coming after a visit to Rocky Top last weekend. Oregon was in second place at 31.4% with his father’s alma mater, Iowa, a very distant third.
On3 National Recruiting Analyst Sam Spiegelman upped his confidence level on the Ducks from 50% to 75%. That caused the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine to adjust, giving Oregon the edge and sit at 52%, while Tennessee now sits at 45%.
RPM was released to the public in December. The On3 engineering group teamed up with Spiny.ai to create the industry’s first algorithm and machine learning-based product to predict where athletes will attend college.
It factors in machine learning, expert predictions, social sentiment, visits, and historical trends. However, expert predictions are still a big piece of the RPM equation.

He currently has an On3 NIL Valuation of $26k. The On3 NIL Valuation is an index that looks to set the standard market value for both high school and college-level athletes. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
