Exactly two weeks in the month of June, commitments are flying and top recruits are coming off the board left and right. Just in the past week alone, more than 50 prospects have committed to Power Five programs.

And it isn’t slowing down any time soon, as five top 2024 recruits and one of the best quarterbacks in the rising junior class will all announce their decisions in the next few days. With the help of the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine (RPM), we’ll preview each of the expected announcements.

Thursday, June 15

4-star LB Joseph Phillips
School: Tuskegee (Ala.) Booker T Washington
Industry Ranking: No. 132 (#71 in the On300)
On3 RPM: Auburn 97.0%, Georgia 1.4%

The Skinny: Phillips named his top five in April, a list that included Auburn, Clemson, Georgia, Tennessee and Texas A&M. The Bulldogs and Volunteers were considered to be a cut above the rest, but momentum has shifted Auburn’s way.

“My decision will be based on relationships and the ability to play,” Phillips told On3’s Chad Simmons in April. “I want to trust the coaches with me on and off the field. It is important for me to see the chance to play early too.”

4-star CB Ondre Evans
School: Nashville (Tenn.) CPA
Industry Ranking: No. 250 (#84 in the On300)
On3 RPM: LSU 97.8%

The Skinny: NC State was at one point the program leading for Evans, but a Michigan offer last month shook things up. Over the past few weeks, Georgia, Alabama, LSU and more entered the picture, but the Tigers got him on campus last week and made a major impression. Four picks in favor of the Bayou Bengals are now in.

Friday, June 16

4-star WR I’Marion Stewart
School: Chicago (Ill.) Kenwood Academy
Industry Ranking: No. 312
On3 RPM: Michigan 95.8%, Wisconsin 1.4%

The Skinny: Stewart has largely been focused on two schools — Michigan and Wisconsin — in recent weeks, and the Wolverines again impressed him last weekend on his official visit. Wide receivers coach Ron Bellamy has led the way here and has the Maize and Blue in a strong spot heading into decision day.

2025 4-star QB Blake Hebert
School: Lawrence (Mass.) Central Catholic
Industry Ranking: No. 187
On3 RPM: Clemson 94.5%, Penn State 2.1%

The Skinny: Hebert received an offer from Clemson on June 1, and two weeks later he is ready to announce his commitment. NebraskaNorth CarolinaOle Miss and Penn State are also in the mix, but it’s the Tigers trending after Hebert’s visit earlier this month.

Saturday, June 17

4-star ATH Boo Carter
School: Chattanooga (Tenn.) Brainerd
Industry Ranking: No. 194
On3 RPM: Tennessee 92.2%, Michigan 2.7%

The Skinny: The in-state Volunteers have long been considered the favorites for Carter, who played last year in Nashville before moving out to Chattanooga. But Michigan has remained in the mix, including hosting him for an official visit last weekend.

“This looked to be all Vols a couple of months ago, but the Wolverines have to be considered a threat,” On3 Director of Recruiting Chad Simmons wrote on Tuesday. “He will announce his commitment on June 17. Carter is expected back in Knoxville later this week for one more visit before his decision.

Sunday, June 18

4-star S Travaris Banks
School: Tuscaloosa (Ala.) Hillcrest
Industry Ranking: No. 195
On3 RPM: Tennessee 26.5%, Alabama 18.6%%, Mississippi State 16.0%%, Ole Miss 13.3%

The Skinny: A year ago at this time, the in-state Crimson Tide were trending for Banks. But the Vols and Bulldogs in particular have made him a top priority heading into his decision. He is expected to take an official visit to Tennessee this weekend, and it appears to be shaping into a two-team battle.
