Miami (Fla.) Northwestern wide receiver Andy Jean is down to five schools, he announced Saturday afternoon.
Among his top five are: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Miami, and Texas A&M.
Jean is the No. 322 overall prospect in the 2023 class, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He ranks as the nation’s No. 45 wide receiver and the No. 61 player in Florida.
The Industry Comparison shows On3 is significantly higher on Jean than the other recruiting services, though. In the most recent On300 rankings, he was tabbed as the nation’s No. 109 prospect, No. 16 receiver and No. 26 senior in the Sunshine State.

A one-time Miami commit, Andy Jean backed off that pledge in March and reopened his recruitment. He narrowed his list down to eight schools, and took official visits to both Texas A&M and Florida in the month of June.
The Gators are now considered the favorite to land him, according to the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine (RPM). It gives Florida an 86.0 percent chance to secure his commitment.
