T'Andre Waverly

Mukilteo (Wash.) High 2025 athlete/tight end T’Andre Waverly announced his commitment to Oregon State during Saturday’s live national broadcast of the Navy All-American Bowl.

The 6-foot-4, 220-pound tight end Waverly included Notre Dame and Washington among his finalists.

“I see the upward trend in the program and it’s something I’m all in on,” Waverly said.

Waverly becomes commit No. 20 for head coach Trent Bray and the Beavers in the class-of-2025.

“On the visit they spent as much time on my development on and off the field,” Waverly said. “I like the small-town feel to just focus on getting better. Plus they use and get the tight end to the next level.”

Waverly is tabbed by the On3 Industry as the nation’s No. 14 athlete.

Oregon State is coming off a 5-7 season in Bray’s first campaign. Waverly believes in the trajectory of the program and is excited to get to Beaverton and help it develop.

Waverly is the fastest tight end prospect in the country having logged 10.64 in the 100m dash.
