The PAC-12 has announced the 2023 football schedule for the Washington Huskies.

The Huskies will kick off its season on September 2nd with a couple of home games against Boise State and Tulsa. The Huskies will then have their first road game at Michigan State for week three. That’s a return game from when the two played in Washington in 2022–a Huskies win.

The Huskies will begin conference play a week later with a game against Cal and a road trip to Arizona. Then, the Huskies will get their bye week. Like always, Washington ends its season with Washington State, this time in Seattle.

The Huskies are happy to have quarterback Michael Penix return for the 2023 season as the Huskies look to compete for a PAC-12 title.

“We’re pretty fired up about that. He threw us for a little surprise on Sunday after our team banquet. [He] had a video prepared, made the announcement to our team and many parents that were there as well…We’re excited about the future,” DeBoer said.

“It’s certainly got our momentum going for next year. (But) we still got work to do this year. We want to close out this season and try to get that 11th win.”
