Richardson (Texas) Lovejoy three-star wide receiver Parker Livingstone announced his top 10 schools on Saturday. His list includes Texas, Tennessee, Baylor, Florida State, Oregon, Arkansas, Georgia, Mississippi State, Missouri and Oklahoma State.

Livingstone is the No. 383 overall prospect and No. 57 wide receiver in the 2023 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also the No. 68 player in Texas.

The 6-foot-3, 185-pound wideout has visited three of his finalists. They are Baylor (April 8), Oklahoma State (June 24) and Texas (June 11)

One school that is standing out Livingstone is the Longhorns. He spoke with Justin Wells of Inside Texas about the program.

“Texas is a great school,” Livingstone said on Dec. 6. “They are high on my board. I’m looking forward to getting back there.”

“I love (wide receivers) coach (Brennan) Marion and (head) coach (Steve Sarkisian),” Livingstone added. “I talk to them at least three times a week.”

Livingstone also expressed high praise of Baylor wide receivers coach Dallas Baker. The three-star spoke about him with Billy Embody of The Bengal Tiger.

“I love coach Baker, the receiver coach there,” Livingstone said on Aug. 31. “He’s amazing. He’s so personal and actually knows how to talk to you and it’s not all about football to him.”

Livingstone has an On3 NIL Valuation of $6.6K. The On3 NIL Valuation is an index that looks to set the standard market value for both high school and college-level athletes. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
