On3.com

One of the biggest games of Week 10 gets the slate underway. Penn State and Ohio State will battle it out in a Top-5 showdown, and the offensive player projections are set, according to PrizePicks.

The Nittany Lions are looking to create some separation in the Big Ten, entering Saturday as one of three undefeated teams left standing. That adds to the importance of the matchup against Ohio State, which is looking to chart a path to the Big Ten Championship despite falling to Oregon earlier this month.

For Penn State, all eyes are on the quarterback position. Drew Allar left last week’s game against Wisconsin in the first half and Beau Pribula took over the rest of the way. James Franklin didn’t tip his hand, but On3’s Pete Nakos reported Allar was likely to get the start.

Both teams are coming off important wins in Week 9, but in different fashions. Ohio State used a late charge to avoid an upset against Nebraska at The Horseshoe, coming away with the 21-17 victory. As for Penn State, Wisconsin looked like it could play spoiler before the Nittany Lions turned things around and got the 28-13 win.
