Penny Hardaway, Memphis head coach, will visit top recruits
Memphis head coach Penny Hardaway will hit the recruiting trail hard on Monday.
Sources told On3, that the former NBA All-Star is expected to pay visits to the following prospects.
2023 three-star PG Jaylen Curry
2023 three-star SF Carl Cherenfant
2023 four-star G Dravyn Gibbs-Lawhorn
2023 four-star G Curtis Givens
JUCO C Chris Okeke
Curry and Cherenfant are teammates at Fort Lauderdale (FL) Calvary Christian. Gibbs-Lawhorn and Givens are teammates at Montverde (FL) Academy. Chris Okeke is at Tallahassee Community College.

Monday is the first day Penny Hardaway will be going out for the Fall live recruiting period. Memphis does not currently hold any commitments for the 2023 class.
Memphis has had a top-15 recruiting class in three of the last four recruiting cycles. The Tigers are coming off a 22-11 season that saw them finish third in the American Athletic Conference.
