QB Jaden Rashada delays commitment, announcing June 26
Pittsburg (Calif.) four-star quarterback Jaden Rashada has delayed his college decision by one week and will announce his choice June 26, announcing the news Thursday on social media.
The elite recruit also named his final five of Florida, LSU, Miami, Ole Miss and Texas A&M.
He was set to announce his decision June 18 but told On3 at the OT7 tournament that he would delay the decision if he wasn’t 100% ready to decide.
“I wouldn’t call it struggling, but I’m just being picky,” Rashada said. “I want to make the right decision, but it has been a lot on me. I’m a kid who just loves playing football, and I don’t like much of the hype, the media, what comes with it. But I embrace it, and I do really want to get this recruiting process done.”
