Ranking the top players that entered the transfer portal on Wednesday

The floodgates opened. Monday was the first day players were able to enter the transfer portal without penalty. As of Wednesday at 9:45 PM EST, over 300 players have submitted their names to the transfer portal since Monday morning. The transfer portal will remain open for 60 days for non-graduate, one-time transfers to enter without penalty.

Graduate transfers have been able to enter the portal without penalty as soon as their season ends. Just over 100 players entered in the last week.

To help navigate things some, here are the top players that entered the transfer portal on Wednesday, March 15.

Notes: About 20 minutes after Cobe Williams‘ name went live in the transfer portal, he committed to Tulsa to play for former Louisiana Tech coach Eric Konkol.

2022-23 stats: Jackson Paveletzke is originally from Kimberly, Wisconsin, and played travel ball for the Phenom U program. Paveletzke is the Southern Conference Freshman of the Year. Chose Wofford initially over offers from William and Mary, Southern Illinois, Bryant, Green Bay, and others.
