Report: 4-star guard Dior Johnson to decommit from Oregon
Corona (Calif.) Southern California Academy four-star guard Dior Johnson will be decommitting from Oregon, according to ESPN.
ESPN reports he will be exploring other college options. He was previously committed to Syracuse but decommitted in November 2022.
Johnson is the No. 50 overall recruit in the 2022 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.

“Dior Johnson is really quick,” Oregon head coach Dana Altman said in November 2021. “Really can push the ball and I think he’s someone who probably is only gonna be with us for a year because he’s got aspirations of moving on pretty quickly. But that’s the game and that’s where we’re at. If he has a great year, I hope he does.”
He currently has an On3 NIL Valuation of $449k. The On3 NIL Valuation is an index that looks to set the standard market value for both high school and college-level athletes. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
