Report: Arkansas offensive lineman Josh Braun withdraws from NCAA transfer portal
Earlier on Friday, Arkansas offensive lineman Josh Braun entered the transfer portal. Braun has apparently had a change of heart.
The multi-year starter has withdrawn from the transfer portal, according to Chris Hummer. That is potentially huge news for the Razorbacks for the 2025 season as Braun started all 12 games this season for the Razorbacks.
Josh Bruan is a former four-star recruit who signed with Florida out of high school. He was ranked as the No. 27 offensive tackle in the country coming out of high school, per the On3 Industry rankings.
Braun entered the transfer portal for the first time in Nov. of 2022 and ended up committing to Arkansas the next month.
The Florida native started all 12 games for Arkansas in 2023, earning second-team All-SEC honors. He had another excellent year in 2024, starting all 12 games for the Razorbacks, before announcing that he is entering the transfer portal once again. However, he now could be staying at Arkansas after all.
