Two Big Ten programs have extended offers to Hagerstown (Md.) St. James School four-star defensive lineman Devan Houstan over the last 24 hours.

Northwestern started by offering Houstan a scholarship on Wednesday night and Rutgers followed up with its own offer Thursday.

Houstan is the No. 242 overall recruit in the 2023 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.
