Earlier this week, St. Louis (Mo.) University five-star wide receiver Ryan Wingo told On3 that he had two official dates locked in with one more planned. Now, two more schools have added their name to the list, as Michigan and Texas will host the dynamic playmaker in June as well.
Wingo’s father tells On3 that they will be at Michigan the weekend of June 9 and will head to Texas on the weekend of June 16.
That’s in addition to visits with Georgia (June 2) and Missouri (June 23) that are already on the books. Tennessee is expected to get one, too.
“The receiver production is probably the biggest thing for me because I’m going to a school to play receiver,” Wingo said earlier this week. “I don’t want to go to a school where the receiver production is low. Record, it really doesn’t matter to me too much, but I kind of want to go to a winning program that has got the winning mentality. Those are probably the big two and then, I want to go somewhere where I’m gonna get developed too.”

Wingo now focused on official visits
He visited the Longhorns in January for their junior day and was also in Austin last summer to camp. Michigan, meanwhile, hosted him during the fall for a game day, and the Wolverines continue to make an impression him both on and off the field.
After visiting a handful of programs unofficially since January, including Alabama, Colorado, Georgia, Missouri, Texas and Texas A&M, Wingo doesn’t have any more unofficials planned.
“I think I’ve seen enough on the unofficial side,” the No. 21 overall prospect and No. 5 wide receiver in the 2024 On3 Industry Ranking said. “So, I might as well just wait until summer and get some OVs in.”
