On Thursday, On3 released the final update to the 2025 On300 Ranking.

“Our goal is to assess a prospect’s long-term potential in college football, as manifested by the NFL Draft,” On3 Director of Scouting and Rankings Charles Power said of the On300 Ranking. “We work towards finishing with 32 five-stars every cycle, with that group being minted in this final release.”

With less than a week until the February National Signing Day, just three prospects in the On300 remain unsigned. The other 297 recruits have signed with a school and may already be on campus — and no school landed more of those top 300 prospects than Ohio State.

Below are the programs that signed the most recruits ranked in the final edition of the 2025 On300.

16 — Ohio State Buckeyes

Ahead of winning its ninth national championship, Ohio State compiled yet another top-five recruiting class this cycle. The Buckeyes rank No. 5 in the On3 Industry Team Recruiting Rankings with 18 On3 Industry Ranking blue-chip signees.

Though the Buckeyes rank fifth overall, no school signed more On300 prospects this cycle than the Scarlet and Gray. Sixteen of On3’s final top 300 recruits are heading to Columbus.

Leading the way are three On3 five-stars: Oradell (N.J.) Bergen Catholic wide receiver Quincy Porter, Houston North Shore cornerback Devin Sanchez and quarterback Tavien St. Clair. Each also reached five-star status in the On3 Industry Ranking, with Sanchez and St. Clair finishing as Five-Star Plus+ recruits — prospects rated as five-stars by all four major recruiting services.

Olney (Md.) Good Counsel safety Faheem Delane is also a top-100 prospect for On3. There were also two Buckeyes additions to the ranking this update: Newberry (Fla.) defensive lineman Jarquez Carter moved up to No. 167 and Bellflower (Calif.) St. John Bosco EDGE Epi Sitanilei squeezed in at No. 294.

15 — Texas Longhorns

With five On3 Industry five-star signees, Texas has locked up the No. 1 recruiting class for the 2025 cycle. Fifteen of the Longhorns’ 25 incoming prospects also rank in the top 300 for On3.

Four Longhorns finished the cycle as On3 five-star recruits: Texarkana (Texas) Pleasant Grove EDGE Lance Jackson, Galveston (Texas) Ball safety Jonah Williams, Missouri City (Texas) cornerback Kade Phillips and Dallas Skyline linebacker Elijah Barnes.

Sachse (Texas) wide receiver Kaliq Lockett, Houston Alief Hastings EDGE Smith Orogbo and Manchester (Ga.) DL Justus Terry also each ranked in the top 40.

14 — Georgia, Tennessee, Texas A&M

Georgia, Tennesse and Texas A&M have each signed 14 On300 prospects this cycle. The Bulldogs, Vols and Aggies also each finished with top-10 classes in the On3 Industry Team Recruiting Rankings.

Pooler (Ga.) Savannah Christian defensive lineman Elijah Griffin, Warner Robins (Ga.) EDGE Isaiah Gibson and Geneva (Ill.) wide receiver Talyn Taylor were all rated as five-star prospects this cycle by On3. Atlanta Westlake interior offensive lineman Juan Gaston (No. 149) and Athens (Ga.) North Oconee WR Landon Roldan (No. 185) were new Bulldogs additions to the On300 this update.

Texas A&M technically did not come out of this update with any On3 five-stars, but West Jordan (Utah) Corner Canyon wide receiver Jerome Myles was right there at No. 33. Mesquite (Texas) Horn offensive tackle Lamont Rogers, Danville (Calif.) San Ramon Valley EDGE Marco Jones and Goodyear (Ariz.) Desert Edge CB Jamar Beal-Goines all ranked in the top 100. Three Aggies also jumped into the On300: DL Chace Sims (No. 207), safety Rashad Johnson (No. 251) and OT Jonte Newman (No. 275).

Tennessee signed a pair of On3 five-star prospects in Charlotte (N.C.) Providence Day offensive tackle David Sanders Jr. and Durham (N.C.) Southern defensive lineman Isaiah Campbell. The Volunteers should be stout in the trenches in the future, also bringing in On3 top-50 EDGE Mariyon Dye.

13 — Auburn Tigers

With its No. 7-ranked recruiting class, Hugh Freeze & Co. successfully landed 13 On300 prospects in 2025. Lucedale (Miss.) George County quarterback Deuce Knight flipped from Notre Dame in October and finished as the Tigers’ lone five-star recruit.

Bixby (Okla.) OT Broderick Shull and Alabaster (Ala.) Thompson safety Anquon Fegans also raked in the top 100.

12 — Alabama, Oregon, LSU, Michigan

Three more top-10 classes round out the On300 heavy-hitters for this cycle, including top-5 Alabama and Oregon.

It was a comparatively small class for Alabama, signing just 21 prospects this cycle. But it was strong at the top. Three On3 five-stars signed with the Crimson Tide: Duncanville (Texas) quarterback Keelon Russell, IMG Academy IOL Michael Carroll and Carmel (Calif.) OT Jackson Lloyd. Top-100 signees include Mission Viejo (Calif.) CB Dijon Lee, Millville (N.J.) WR Lotzeir Brooks, Cincinnati Winton Woods EDGE Justin Hill, Quitman (Miss.) running back Akylin Dear and Santa Ana (Calif.) Mater Dei CB Chuck McDonald.

Three Ducks also rated as five-stars by On3 this cycle: Duncanville (Texas) wide receiver Dakorien Moore, Birmingham (Ala.) Parker CB Na’eem Offord and Shaker Heights (Ohio) defensive back Trey McNutt. Portland (Ore.) Central Catholic offensive tackle Zac Stascausky was an On3 outlier at No. 45. 247Sports ranked Stascausky No. 154 nationally while he was unranked by Rivals and ESPN.

Destrehan (La.) wide receiver Phillip Wright III was a new name in the On300 in this final update, coming in at No. 279. He is part of a class that features three On3 five-stars in Zephyrhills (Fla.) cornerback DJ Pickett, Metairie (La.) running back Harlem Berry and Marion (Ark.) interior offensive lineman Carius Curne. On3 was the only outlet to rank Curne as a five-star prospect.

Michigan reeled in the nation’s top prospect after flipping him from LSU in November — Belleville (Mich.) five-star quarterback Bryce Underwood. Underwood went wire-to-wire as On3’s No. 1 prospect. The Wolverines also signed an On3 five-star offensive tackle to protect Underwood in Overland Park (Kan.) Blue Valley Northwest OT Andrew Babalola. Cornerback Elijah Dotson (No. 129) and defensive lineman Travis Moten (No. 133) were two of the biggest risers in the On300 in this update.
