SEC Baseball Tournament: Florida vs. Texas A&M postponed

Another SEC Baseball Tournament game has been postponed due to weather.

The Florida vs. Texas A&M game — which was originally set to be played Wednesday night — is now set to be played at 10:30 a.m. ET on Thursday, the league announced. It’s the second game of the day to get pushed back after the Tennessee vs. Vanderbilt game suffered the same fate.

Florida vs. Texas A&M is the only game to have a time assignment. The SEC hadn’t yet announced the others at the time of publication.

Delays have become a major storyline of the SEC Baseball Tournament after lengthy delays pushed things back into the late hours of Tuesday night — and even into Wednesday morning. Weather was moving into the area as Alabama and Arkansas faced off in the double elimination round Wednesday night. The Crimson Tide held on for its second win of the tournament.
