SEC reveals 2023 Softball Tournament bracket, schedule
With SEC softball wrapping up the regular season Sunday, the 2023 conference tournament bracket is now set. Tennessee earned the No. 1 seed after claiming the regular season title with a league record of 19-5.
Georgia is right behind the Volunteers as the No. 2 seed, followed by No. 3 Auburn and No. 4 Arkansas. The top four seeds all receive a bye for the first round of the tournament, which is single-elimination style.
The tournament will take place at Bogle Park in Fayetteville, Arkansas, home of the Razorbacks. Arkansas, which won last year’s SEC Tournament, was tied with Auburn for third place heading into this weekend. However, the Razorbacks dropped a series to Missouri while Auburn won its series against Mississippi State.

Tennessee defeated South Carolina 4-2 on Saturday to officially claim the No. 1 seed. Center fielder Kiki Milloy hit her 20th home run of the season in that game to break the program record. It is the first regular season title since 2007 for the Volunteers, who finished with a 41-8 overall record.
No. 11 Mississippi State and No. 12 Missouri will start things off with a matchup on Tuesday with the winner advancing to face No. 5 Alabama on Wednesday. You can view the full bracket for the 2023 SEC softball tournament below.
