Shaw's Storylines: Main takeaways from the 7th Annual Josh Level Classic
Greensboro, North Carolina – This showcase camp was the best collection of talent I have seen in North Carolina in three or four years. Every player on the floor at the Josh Level Classic pushed mid to high major offers. Certain players rise to the top when you get this much talent on one floor. On3 was right in the mix of things, taking it all in.
Here are my storylines and takeaways from the 7th Annual Josh Level Classic.

It was clear that GG Jackson was…
On3’s No. 1 player in 2023 was clearly the best long-term prospect on the floor. GG Jackson was a matchup nightmare. The 6-foot-9 North Carolina commitment has a decisive dribble with a quick first step that gets him by players around his size. Jackson has long strides that get him to the rim and the explosion to rise high above the rim and finish.
In this setting, the opposing team started by putting a player his size on him, that did not work. They switched to a wing, and Jackson exploited that as well. In an all-star type setting, guards dictate the touches (mostly themselves with many dribbles). Jackson capitalized on every touch he had and produced.
However, Trey Parker was, without a doubt…
Trey Parker brought the electricity to the building. On3’s No. 98 player in 2023 was, without a doubt, the most exciting player on the floor. Parker finished with six threes and a game-high 28 points. This production is after winning the dunk contest, with dunks the crowd had never seen before. There were numerous ‘what in the world’ moments from Parker in this game.
This performance is the type we have come to expect from the 6-foot-1 guard over the last year. He is as explosive and daring as anyone in the class. His range also extends well beyond 30-feet as he knocked down one three from inside the center circle here. He is truly a player who brings the crowd to its feet each time he steps on the floor.
Recruitment: Parker claims offers from Mississippi State and NC A&T. There is also conversations with Overtime Elite.
But Freddie Dilione walked away with the…
Freddie Dilione won the game’s Most Valuable Player award as the leading scorer (27 points) on the winning team. April was a big month for On3’s No. 60 player in 2023. He picked up a handful of offers from Texas, Alabama, Virginia, and more. In his first game back from a shoulder injury, Dilione continued his good play at the Josh Level Classic.
He was an opportune scorer, scoring primarily in transition and off broken plays. He is a strong and physical guard who plays with confidence scoring the ball.
Recruitment: Dilione has already taken an official visit to Virginia. He has an official visit set to VCU for June. He told On3 he is setting visits with Texas, Houston, and Alabama.

Then you have Cam Scott, who…
Cam Scott continues to get more comfortable being an alpha. On3 is ahead of the industry standard, with Scott at No. 16 in the 2024 class. The 6-foot-5 shooting guard finished with 24 points, scoring at each level. He added 13 rebounds.
With his long frame, shooting touch, and elbows above the rim explosion, Scott has an immense upside. He finished three of four from three at the Josh Level Classic. He also knocked down a two-dribble pull-up going left and finished above the rim with multiple dunks. Scott already scored over 1,000 points at Lexington (SC) High and was named 5A All-State twice.
Recruitment: Scott claims offers from North Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia Tech, Texas Tech, Florida State, Wake Forest, Clemson, Georgia, etc.
With all that said, allow me to introduce Jackson Keith…
The Josh Level Classic held an underclass game for the first time. This game brought together some of the best players in North Carolina from the 2025 and 2026 classes.
Jackson Keith is a 2025 prospect from Durham (NC) Southern Durham. He is a natural scorer with an advanced scoring package for a player his age. At 6-foot-5, he has a confident wing handle, a nice pull-up game, and explosion at the rim. Even with the 19 points scored in this game, there is still some ceiling left to attain. College programs are already starting to take notice, but Keith should become a national-level recruit in his own time.
Recruitment: Keith claims offers from Illinois, Mississippi State, Texas A&M, NC A&T, and Radford.
