LOOK: SoFi Stadium's high concession prices surprise National Championship Game attendees
As fans travel to Los Angeles and SoFi Stadium for the National Championship Game, concession prices caught the attention of fans. Although fans of the Los Angeles Rams are familiar with the price of beers in their home stadium, fans travelling to the west coast to watch Georgia and TCU play in the title game were surprised to see beers starting at $17.
National Championship Game concession price
Fans always expect to have to pay high prices for concessions when showing up to support their teams on game day, but fans making the trip to SoFi on Monday might want to consider adding an extra $100 to their trip budget if they’re looking to buy them for the championship.
For fans looking to buy beer or wine to quench their thirst at the game, alcoholic beverages start at $17 each. As for food, hot dogs are running $9 while pizzas and burritos run upwards of $15 — meaning a beer and a hot dog will run patrons $26 each.
Luckily for fans, non-alcoholic options are much more affordable by comparison with a bottle of water or a souvenir soda cup costing $5 and $8 respectively.

The National Championship Game was also plagued by abnormal weather for the area around SoFi Stadium, leading to rain causing issues for fans. The state-of-the-art stadium was designed to have a dome roof for inclement weather, but no walls surrounding the entire facility to allow sunshine and scenic views in all directions.
Unfortunately, the rainy weather on Monday caused rainfall to “flood” sections of the stadium over walkways — forcing employees to put up wet floor signs and “mop” the floors of the stadium to clear out rain water.
While the field remained in good shape — with chilly and slightly humid weather on the field according to reports — fans walking around the facility were forced to deal with small flooding issues and wet walkways.
