Tennessee at Georgia: Multiple players ruled out on final injury report
The final injury report has been released for Saturday’s game between Tennessee and Georgia, and multiple players have been ruled out. But, as previously stated, Nico Iamaleava is a full go and Trevor Etienne is out.
Iamaleava entered concussion protocol earlier this week after leaving last week’s game against Mississippi State. However, he came off Friday’s injury report after On3’s Pete Nakos reported he’d be able to play in the primetime matchup, barring a setback. Iamaleava wasn’t on Saturday’s injury report, either, further showing he’s ready to go.
As for Etienne, he was downgraded to out on Thursday’s availability report. His status didn’t change later in the week and, as a result, he will miss Saturday’s matchup at Sanford Stadium. But UGA saw three players – Anthony Evans, Cash Jones and Micah Morris – come off the availability report, meaning they’ll be able to play.
Georgia and Tennessee will square off at 7:30 p.m. ET. Here are the full injury reports for both teams ahead of kickoff.

Nico Iamaleava went down in the first half of last week’s victory and Josh Heupel said the staff kept him out for the second half as a “precautionary measure” afterward. During the week, news broke he entered concussion protocol – throwing his status for Week 12 into question. However, Iamaleava was seen boarding the team bus to head to Athens, and he’s now good to go.
Iamaleava enters Saturday’s game averaging 208.8 yards as he looks to eclipse the 2,000-yard mark. He put together a big game against Kentucky, throwing for 292 yards and a touchdown, and was impressive through the first half against Mississippi State.
Iamaleava is in his first full year as the starter after sitting behind Joe Milton a year ago. A former five-star recruit, he was the No. 6 overall player from the 2023 recruiting cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.
