Before UConn, Goodman was the director of football operations at Brown for three years after serving as a recruiting coordinator at Penn State from 2016 to ’18.
At Tennessee, Goodman will be the replacement for Andrew Warsaw, who took a job as an associate athletic and football chief of staff at USF in December.
