Tennessee at South Carolina Preview

When these two met up in Knoxville, the Volunteers dominated from start to finish. It was a 20 point win for Rick Barnes’ squad, behind the leadership of Josiah-Jordan James, recording a double-double.

South Carolina has won three out of their last four, beating up on the bottom half of the SEC. Trying to get back into the NCAA Tournament, a win over Tennessee is the type of resume boost Frank Martin could use as the calendar turns to February.

As for Tennessee, they responded to an emotional loss against Texas with a high-scoring 10 point win over Texas A&M. The Volunteers are still in a race for an SEC regular-season championship but would need to win on the road to keep pace at the top.
