Texas A&M transfer WR Cyrus Allen signs with Cincinnati
Transfer WR Cyrus Allen has signed with Cincinnati out of the NCAA Transfer Portal per On3’s Pete Nakos.
Allen commits to the Bearcats after one week spent in the portal after entering at the opening of the cycle. This comes after a visit to Cincy with other interests in him from schools like LSU and Pittsburgh.
Allen spent this past season at Texas A&M after the first two years of his career as an underclassman at Louisiana Tech. While the Bulldogs and Aggies, Allen has appeared in nearly 30 games with multiple starts at receiver.
In total, Allen has posted 86 receptions for 1,547 yards and nine touchdowns. However, he had a career-worst season as a junior this fall in College Station with only 18 catches for 269 yards and one score.

Allen is currently the No. 46 WR and No. 290 overall transfer per On3’s 2025 Top Transfer Portal Players.
Now, Allen is the third commitment of this portal cycle so far for Cincinnati. He will join the program alongside WR Caleb Goodie (Colorado State) and CB Matthew McDoom (Coastal Carolina).
As for departures, the Bearcats have ten transfers officially in the portal. That includes a pair of receivers in Aaron Turner and Tyrin Smith.
