The transfer portal, all the talk in college basketball recruiting right now. Players are going into the trasfer portal left and right, and college programs at every level have someone sitting at the computer pressing refresh throughout the day.

With it being such a hot-button item, On3 will take a look at the best available players who have entered the transfer portal. With modern basketball played fluidly, the days of the traditional positions are gone. We will categorize players by point guard, wings, forwards, and rim protectors for this piece.

Here are the best available in the transfer portal as of March 17.
