The 2025 On3 Industry Ranking updated Monday after On3 released its first iteration of the 2025 On300. This is the first time in the 2025 recruiting cycle that the On3 Industry Ranking includes five-star prospects.

The On3 Industry Ranking is a proprietary algorithm that compiles ratings and rankings from all four primary recruiting media services. It is also the industry’s most advanced, complete and unbiased measurement.

It weights the primary recruiting media services based on past performance data, and overall scouting and recruiting coverage investment. For football, the algorithm is weighted as follows: On3 (35%), 247Sports (35%), Rivals.com (20%) and ESPN (10%).

Here is a list of the five-stars currently included in the 2025 On3 Industry Ranking:

5-star OT David Sanders

On3 Industry Ranking: No. 1
School: Charlotte (N.C.) Providence Day School
On3 RPM: NC State 24.5%, South Carolina 14.5%, North Carolina 12.5%, Georgia 10.4%
On3 NIL Valuation: $127K
The Skinny: David Sanders already holds more than 30 offers before the start of his junior year. He visited NC State and North Carolina in January, as well as Georgia last weekend. Following his trip to Athens, Sanders told On3’s Chad Simmons that his “love for Georgia is definitely up there.”

5-star DL Elijah Griffin

On3 Industry Ranking: No. 2
School: Savannah (Ga.) Savannah Christian Prep
On3 RPM: South Carolina 35.9%, Georgia 21.3%, Florida State 9.6%, Alabama 8.0%
On3 NIL Valuation: $125K
The Skinny: Elijah Griffin attended South Carolina’s Junior Day on the weekend of January 28. He was also recently at Alabama. Those two programs, as well as Georgia, seem to be heavily involved in his recruitment. Griffin told Simmons that he loves “what Georgia is as a program” and has visited the Bulldogs roughly six times already.

5-star QB Bryce Underwood

On3 Industry Ranking: No. 3
School: Belleville (Mich.)
On3 RPM: Michigan 35.2%, Michigan State 25.8%, Ohio State 9.1%, LSU 4.0%
On3 NIL Valuation: $304K
The Skinny: Both Michigan and Michigan State are working hard to keep Bryce Underwood in-state for his college football career. He saw the Wolverines on March 21, as well as LSU on March 3. While there is a long time left in his recruitment, Underwood told Simmons that his “mindset now is to be great.”

5-star DL Armondo Blount

On3 Industry Ranking: No. 4
School: Miami (Fla.) Miami Central
On3 RPM: Florida 34.5%, Miami 22.8%, Florida State 6.9%, Alabama 5.8%
On3 NIL Valuation: $131K
The Skinny: The Sunshine State schools are recruiting Armondo Blount hard. Blount told Corey Bender of Gators Online that he is “starting to feel more connected with the family” at Florida and the Gators’ coaching staff. He also had an “exciting” visit to Florida State on March 21 and met with head coach Mike Norvell.

5-star RB Ousmane Kromah

On3 Industry Ranking: No. 5
School: Leesburg (Ga.) Lee County
On3 RPM: Florida State 37.7%, Georgia 17.3%, Alabama 14.8%, South Carolina 12.3%
On3 NIL Valuation: $53K
The Skinny: Ousmane Kromah visited multiple programs during the season, including South Carolina, Florida State and UCF. He also saw Alabama in June and Georgia in March. Kromah told Simmons that his offer from the Crimson Tide was a “big one,” in part because he grew up watching former Alabama and current Pittsburgh Steelers running back Najee Harris.
