With the 2025 recruiting cycle in full swing, many prospects in the 2026 class are still settling into the recruiting process with signing day over a year and a half away.

However, some have already found a home. Thirteen of the top 25 quarterbacks in the 2026 cycle have announced their college decisions ahead of their junior seasons, with more certainly on the way.

Below are the top 10 committed passers in the 2026 class.

5-star Jared Curtis — Georgia

School: Nashville Christian
On3 Industry Ranking: No. 7 NATL. (No. 1 QB)

Jared Curtis spoke with On3’s Chad Simmons earlier this month about his commitment. Georgia’s coaching stability is a key reason why Curtis still feels confident in his decision.

“The stability at Georgia is a big deal for me,” Curtis told On3. “Coach Kirby Smart and coach Mike Bobo aren’t going anywhere. Those two and Gummy (Montgomery VanGorder) are the coaches I have the best relationships with and I love those guys. Those guys keep me locked in with Georgia.”

4-star Dia Bell — Texas

School: Fort Lauderdale (Fla.) American Heritage
On3 Industry Ranking: No. 13 NATL. (No. 4 QB)

Dia Bell pledged to Texas on June 17, choosing the Longhorns over Miami, Ohio State, LSU, Penn State and more.

“For me, it was honestly — coach Sark has a great background of quarterbacks back at Alabama. Obviously, he’s coached in the NFL, too, so he has the whole nine when it comes to coaching,” Bell said earlier this month on the Five-Star Flex. “Obviously like you said, they’ve got guys like Quinn Ewers and Arch Manning.

“For me, it was kind of a no-brainer when you look at his background. On top of that, knowing that the Manning family was very comfortable sending their pride to Texas was also another factor. They have to know that they know what they’re doing over there, or else he wouldn’t be going there. All those things played a factor, and also I felt like I had a great fit with the culture around there. Those all played factors in me picking Texas.”

4-star Brady Smigiel — Florida State

School: Newbury Park (Calif.)
On3 Industry Ranking: No. 44 NATL. (No. 5 QB)

Brady Smigiel committed to Florida State on June 22 and returned to Tallahassee last weekend for the Noles’ July recruiting weekend.

“It has a good ring to it, telling everybody that I’m a commit,” Smigiel told Warchant. “Just to be able to come back here and start recruiting, start building this 2026 class. And I think the ‘25 class is starting to come along. So just being able to come here and start recruiting guys.

“And I think the big thing is just getting guys out here because when they do, I think this place speaks for itself.”

4-star Jaden O’Neal — Oklahoma

School: Long Beach (Calif.) Narbonne
On3 Industry Ranking: No. 75 NATL. (No. 6 QB)

Another June commitment in this group of players, Jaden O’Neal pledged to Oklahoma toward the end of the month.

“They have a strong tradition of developing quarterbacks,” O’Neal told On3. “That was the No. 1 reason I chose Oklahoma because I want to make it to the next level and I feel like OU can get me to the next level. The second reason why is the supportive staff that coach Brent Venables has around him. They’re very real and authentic coaches. The fanbase loves me. At the end of the day, you want to go to a place that fits you and loves you. I feel like the fans and the people around the community love me there.”

4-star Troy Huhn — Penn State

School: San Marcos (Calif.) Mission Hills
On3 Industry Ranking: No. 76 NATL. (No. 7 QB)

One day after O’Neal committed to Oklahoma, Troy Huhn announced his commitment to Penn State.

“From the beginning, after every visit that I would take, I would think back to Penn State because they were always there and always with me,” Huhn told On3. “They showed the most love, they stayed the most consistent, and that made a difference for me in the end. I always wanted to go where I was wanted and Penn State showed me that over time. How they recruited me helped push them to the top of my list.”

4-star Brady Hart — Michigan

School: Indiatlantic (Fla.) Cocoa
On3 Industry Ranking: No. 87 NATL. (No. 8 QB)

If it wasn’t clear already — June was a busy month for 2026 quarterbacks in a run that was kicked off by Dia Bell. Following Bell’s commitment to Michigan, Brady Hart pledged to the defending national champion Michigan Wolverines.

“The biggest thing was the people,” Hart told The Wolverine. “The culture of that staff and the guys on the team, it’s just the perfect fit for me. It’s one of those things you don’t realize until you are there. I was always attracted to Michigan and their program and how they’ve always won and won big-time games like the national championship. But the biggest thing was the people and Coach (Sherrone) Moore and Coach (Kirk) Campbell and the type of high-level guys they are. That’s something I want to be part of.”

4-star Noah Grubbs — Notre Dame

School: Lake Mary (Fla.)
On3 Industry Ranking: No. 112 NATL. (No. 10 QB)

For Noah Grubbs, the decision to join Notre Dame’s 2026 class came from the heart.

“Notre Dame has always been a frontrunner in my recruitment, but the last time I visited, I could really see myself there when I went through the campus and facilities,” Grubbs told Blue and Gold. “I can get to the next level with the coaches they have. It’s a very unique coaching staff; they’re different from others. It seems to be a stable staff, too.

“Notre Dame always had a special place in my heart, and sometimes you have to go with what your heart leads. Notre Dame is definitely the place for me.”

4-star Will Griffin — Florida

School: Tampa Jesuit
On3 Industry Ranking: No. 117 NATL. (No. 12 QB)

Another June commitment, Will Griffin pledged to the Gators on the first of the month.

“Confidence is key,” Griffin told On3. “Coach Napier and Coach O’Hara, what made me believe in them is their confidence in the players and their recruitment they’ve been doing to get all these great players. They can’t play for us but they can teach us. I can tell from being a recruit the last two years and I’ve seen them develop and the players have trust in each other and the confidence (Napier) displays as a leader and confidence he has in his players to go out there, ‘we can do this’ and ‘we’re going to win.’

“Another big factor is the quarterback room is loaded obviously. Graham (Mertz) is there right now. DJ (Lagway) is learning from Graham and I’ll learn from Graham and DJ. When Graham is gone I’ll learn from DJ and O’Hara. Competing every day against those good guys makes you better.”

4-star Tait Reynolds — Clemson

School: Queen Creek (Ariz.)
On3 Industry Ranking: No. 253 NATL. (No. 15 QB)

Tait Reynolds committed to Clemson on July 7 after decommitting from Arizona State baseball.

“From the first moment I stepped on campus, I told my dad, ‘Man, this place is awesome,’” Reynolds told On3. “I worked with coach Riley and I hung out with coach Swinney. He had me in his office. I was the first 2026 quarterback that they offered, so that means a lot. I know they believe in me and it’s a place that I feel like I can be successful at.”

4-star Oscar Rios — Purdue

School: Downey (Calif.)
On3 Industry Ranking: No. 277 NATL. (No. 18 QB)

Purdue has put multiple quarterbacks in the NFL over the years, and the Boilermakers will hope to replicate that with Oscar Rios.

“The city fit what I was looking for,” Rios told On3. “Before all this recruiting stuff I told my parents I wanted to find a city small so I can focus on my school and my sport. I feel like West Lafayette was the place. On top of that what Coach Harrell has been doing with quarterbacks, especially with young quarterbacks is great. We’ve been building that relationship and the relationship feels like more than player to coach.

“I talked to my parents. I just had that feeling. They were the first to jump on me and one of the first to offer me and it felt right when I was up there for three days.”
