Top-100 EDGE Joshua Josephs sets SEC official

Kennesaw (Ga.) North Cobb senior edge Joshua Josephs will be heading to Knoxville for an official visit to Tennessee on Saturday.

The Volunteers are one of the schools vying for the commitment of the 6-foot-3, 215-pound outside linebacker. The North Cobb star is the 73rd ranked player in the On3 top 300.

Josephs was on the campus back on June 27 for an unofficial visit. Josephs was originally scheduled to commit on Oct. 1 but pushed back the date.

He’s considering Auburn, Michigan, Penn State, Kentucky among others. Josephs was in Lexington back on Aug. 1 for an unofficial visit. Joseph has taken official visits to Michigan and Penn State already.

He was in Ann Arbor on June 18. Josephs took a trip to State College back on June 11.

His recruitment has evolved a lot in the last few months. Most of Josephs’ interest came in the later stages of 2020. He didn’t get much time to visit schools as a junior due to COVID-19 restrictions.
