Top-100 OT Lamont Rogers sets commitment date for Saturday
One of the nation’s best offensive tackles will come off the board this weekend.
Mesquite (Texas) Horn four-star OT Lamont Rogers announced on social media that he will commit on Saturday, July 6, choosing between SMU, Missouri, Texas, Texas A&M, Oklahoma and Florida State.
Missouri currently leads for Rogers in the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine (RPM) with a 59.8% chance of landing his commitment. Oklahoma trails at 12.8%, followed by Texas and SMU under 10% each.

Rogers is the nation’s No. 60 overall prospect, No. 7 offensive tackle and No. 12 recruit from Texas in the 2025 cycle according to the On3 Industry Ranking — a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.
He ranks No. 67 overall and No. 9 among OTs in the 2025 On300.
Rogers visited Columbia in early June, and On3’s Steve Wiltfong logged an expert prediction favoring the Tigers following the trip.
