Top-100 WR Radarious Jackson sets commitment date
Memphis Sheffield four-star wide receiver Radarious Jackson is ready to announce his commitment.
The rising pass-catcher is set to make his decision public on Monday, April 21 at 1 p.m. EST and will do so on the On3Recruits YouTube channel. Jackson will choose between Auburn, Mississippi State, Ole Miss and Tennessee.
The 6-foot-2, 180-pounder is the No. 237 overall prospect and No. 30 WR in the 2025 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He’s also the No. 6 player in Tennessee.
On3 ranks Jackson much higher than other recruiting services. He checks in at No. 80 overall, No. 12 at his position and No. 3 in the Volunteer State in the updated 2025 On300.
As a Junior, Jackson put together a breakout season. He caught 30 passes for 696 yards and 13 touchdowns, while also rushing for nine scores and 782 yards. He was also a menace on the defensive end of the ball, collecting eight interceptions while racking up 63 tackles.
Tennessee trending to land the in-state receiver
Jackson returned to Rocky Top for another visit with Tennessee at the beginning of April. Soon after, On3 VP of Recruiting Steve Wiltfong logged a pick in the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine in favor of the in-state program landing Jackson’s pledge.

Tennessee is now heavily trending for the blue-chipper with a 94.7% cushion.
“It is growing big,” Jackson told Volquest.com in March of his continued relationship with Tennessee. “They are definitely making a big push to get me up there. I am making stronger bonds with the coaches every single day. They are recruiting me really hard.”
Head coach Josh Heupel and WRs coach Kelsey Pope have each played a major part in getting Tennessee in pole position for the pass-catcher. Both have built sturdy relationships with Jackson and have continued to make him a major priority this year.
“He is a great coach, and he has a similar backstory family-wise to me,” Jackson said of Pope. “The bond we have built is great. He really cares for me, and is recruiting me hard.”
“I like everything about Coach Heupel,” he added. “He is a cool coach and a good person. He is very likable, and I can tell he cares about me and wants me to be at Tennessee.”
