Top 20 Pac-12 players in the On3 College Football Impact 300
The On3 Impact 300 ranks the best players in college football entering the 2022 season, with a full release coming in the next few weeks. Prior to the release of the inaugural list – which also factors into the calculation of the On3 NIL Valuation – On3 has revealed the Top 20 returning Pac-12 players.
Oklahoma transfer Caleb Williams leads the way after following Lincoln Riley to USC. In fact, the Trojans have the top three players in the Pac-12 going into 2022, with two of those obtained from the NCAA transfer portal.
These are the 20 most impactful players in the Pac-12 with less than three months until the 2022 season kicks off.
Top 20 Pac-12 players in the On3 Impact 300
1. QB Caleb Williams, USC
After winning the starting job at Oklahoma, Caleb Williams opted to use to the transfer portal to do it all over again with Lincoln Riley at USC. He was the No. 1 quarterback in the portal this offseason after throwing for 1,912 yards and 21 touchdowns with four picks. He has an NIL value of $2.4 million.
2. WR Jordan Addison, USC
The Trojans scored one of the biggest wins of the offseason, landing Pittsburgh’s Biletnikoff winner Jordan Addison out of the transfer portal. He was the No. 2 transfer portal prospect, behind fellow USC new addition Caleb Williams. Addison had 100 receptions, 1,593 yards and 17 receiving touchdowns in 2021. After his move to Los Angeles, his NIL valuation shot up roughly 539% to $887,000.
3. iOL Andrew Vorhees, USC
Andrew Vorhees is quite versatile, having started at right guard, left guard and left tackle in his career. The sixth-year senior has four seasons of starting experience under his belt (37 starts) and carries a current NIL valuation of $510,000.
4. LB Noah Sewell, Oregon
An absolute tackling machine, Sewell has been a vacuum in the middle of the defense for the Ducks. He racked up 106 tackles in 2021 as a second-year player, becoming a Butkus Award semifinalist and first-team Coaches’ All-Pac-12 selection. The former five-star prospect’s NIL valuation is $645,000.
5. OT Jaxson Kirkland, Washington
Jaxson Kirkland initially entered the 2022 NFL Draft but opted to return to Washington for a sixth season after an injury that would have prevented him from working out much prior to the draft. He has 39 career starts and has been a first-team All-Pac-12 selection each of the last two years.
TJ Bass has some position versatility after working at both left guard and left tackle on Oregon’s offensive line over the last couple years. He started six games at left guard last season and eight at left tackle, and he’ll provide a veteran anchor for the Ducks on that side of the line this fall.
7. WR Jacob Cowing, Arizona
A transfer from UTEP, Jacob Cowing was one of the most coveted receiver targets in the transfer portal this offseason. He settled on Arizona after racking up 1,367 receiving yards and eight touchdowns in 2021.
8. CB Clark Phillips III, Utah
A multi-year starter in the Utah secondary, Clark Phillips III enters the 2022 campaign as one of the Pac-12’s top players in the secondary. He recorded 63 tackles last season, while adding a pair of interceptions, a pair of forced fumbles and 13 pass breakups.
9. RB Travis Dye, USC
Travis Dye transferred from Oregon to USC following the departure of head coach Mario Cristobal. He was ranked No. 21 in the On3 Transfer Portal rankings. He gives USC a player who has run for more than 3,100 yards in his career. He ran for 1,271 yards and 16 touchdowns last year, and he’s also a significant threat catching passes out of the backfield.
10. RB Zach Charbonnet, UCLA
After transferring from Michigan to UCLA prior to the 2021 season, Zach Charbonnet had a nice impact for the Bruins last season. He had the most 100-yard games among Pac-12 runners, tallying seven last season. He finished his season with 1,137 yards rushing and 13 touchdowns.
11. EDGE Tuli Tuipulotu, USC
A first-team All-Pac-12 selection in 2021, Tuipulotu was effective getting the ball off opponents last year. He had 48 tackles, 7.5 tackles for a loss and 5.5 sacks. He also recovered one fumble and returned it for a touchdown and forced two other fumbles. His current NIL valuation is $211,000.

12. RB Tavion Thomas, Utah
One of plenty of returning weapons for the Utes, Tavion Thomas made his first season really count. He was a first-team All-Pac-12 selection after leading Utah with 204 carries for 1,108 yards and 21 touchdowns. He carries a current NIL valuation of $236,000.
13. QB Cameron Ward, Washington State
A transfer from the FCS level at Incarnate Word, Cameron Ward will take over as the starting quarterback for the Cougars. He was highly productive at Incarnate Word, earning Southland Conference Offensive Player of the Year honors in 2021.
14. TE Ben Yurosek, Stanford
Ben Yurosek is coming off a monster sophomore season at Stanford, accounting for 43 catches for 658 yards and three touchdowns. He had 13 catches for 20 or more yards, ranking second among Power 5 tight ends. He also had multiple 40-yard touchdown catches, proving to be a big-play threat for Stanford.
15. DT Brandon Dorlus, Oregon
Going into his fourth playing season with the Ducks, Brandon Dorlus will be looking to build on a productive 2021 campaign. Inside at tackle for Oregon he recorded 25 tackles, 2.5 sacks and two passes defended last season. His current NIL valuation is $157,000.
16. S Alton Julian, Oregon State
Alton Julian had a timely interception in Oregon State’s win over USC. He finished his redshirt sophomore season in 2021 with 34 tackles, 1.5 tackles for a loss and an interception. Julian arrived at Oregon State in 2020 by way of the College of San Mateo.
17. LB Josh Chandler-Semedo, Colorado
A transfer from West Virginia, Josh Chandler-Semedo started 31 games for the Mountaineers. He had 260 tackles while at WVU, including 110 as a senior in 2021. Taking advantage of a free year of eligibility thanks to COVID-19, Chandler-Semedo’s current NIL valuation is $177,000.
18. LB Edefuan Ulofoshio, Washington
Edefuan Ulofoshio is coming off an injury that ended his 2021 campaign midway through, but he’s had plenty of production for the Huskies. Statistically in half a year last season he had already put together his most productive year, tallying 51 tackles. His current NIL valuation is $176,000.
19. OT Braeden Daniels, Utah
Braeden Daniels is a multi-year starter for Utah on the offensive line, and he’s proven to have the versatility to play multiple positions. He started 14 games in 2019 at left guard, then started three there in 2021, as well. He also started 11 games at right tackle in 2021.
20. CB Mekhi Blackmon, USC
A transfer from Colorado this offseason, Mekhi Blackmon should help shore up the Trojans’ secondary. He was an honorable mention All-Pac-12 selection with the Buffaloes last year, recording 50 tackles, a sack, an interception, a fumble recovery and five pass deflections. His current NIL valuation is $131,000.
