Top commitments in the updated 2025 On300 rankings
The December Signing Period for the 2025 recruiting class is more than 14 months away, but some of the country’s top 2025 football recruits are already committed to a program.
That includes a trio of five-star prospects who are sure to be pursued up until they sign on the dotted line more than a year from now. There’s a long way go to in this cycle over the next year, but here are the top 2025 prospects in the latest On300 rankings who are currently committed:
5-star WR Ryan Williams – Alabama
On300 Ranking: No. 3
School: Saraland (Ala.)
Scouting Summary: “Ryan Williams is the most productive and athletic wide receiver in high school football as a sophomore. Turned in an utterly dominant season in 2022. Measured around 6-foot, 160 pounds in the spring following his sophomore season. One of the fastest wideouts in the nation, regardless of class. Posted a scintillating 10.49 second 100-meter time early on in his sophomore track season. A legitimate state title contender in four track events – the 100, 200, 400 meters and high jump. Shows the ability to harness his elite speed on the football field. A big-time deep threat who easily runs past defensive backs. Has high-end change of direction and breaks off cornerbacks with agility within his routes. Caught 88 passes for 1,641 yards and 24 touchdowns, ran for 700 yards and 15 touchdowns on 57 rushes (12.3 yards per carry), returned two punts for touchdowns and passed for a score while leading his high school to a state title as a sophomore. Was named Alabama’s Gatorade Player of the Year following the historic season. Was the On3 MVP at Under Armour’s Atlanta camp prior to his junior season. Looks like one of the top pass-catchers in high school football regardless of class and is the top wide receiver prospect from Alabama since Henry Ruggs III. Will need to continue adding strength and mass to his slender frame.”
5-star WR Dakorien Moore – LSU
On300 Ranking: No. 4
School: Duncanville (Texas)
Scouting Summary: “Dakorien Moore is a skilled receiver with a well-rounded skill set who stars for one of the tip high school programs in the state of Texas. Measured at around 5-foot-10.5, 175 pounds prior to his junior season. Tests as a good athlete, running an electronically-timed 4.56 40-yard dash and 4.31 second short shuttle. Backs up the speed on the track, running a wind-aided 10.63 mark in the 100 meters as a sophomore. Shows a refined and well-rounded skill set as a receiver both on Friday nights and in the camp setting. Has the long speed to separate deep and take the top off of defenses. Shifty after the catch and uses his field vision to find open space, sometimes cutting back across the field. Looks to have plus ball skills, with the ability to make acrobatic catches. Shows reliable, strong hands at the catch point in the camp setting. Turned in a good sophomore season for the Texas state champions, catching 44 passes for 767 yards and seven touchdowns.”
5-star DL Armondo Blount – Miami
On300 Ranking: No. 6
School: Miami (Fla.) Central
Scouting Summary: “Armondo Blount is a versatile, athletic defensive lineman who is capable of creating disruption from any spot on the defensive front. Looks like one of the more physically-gifted defenders early on in the 2025 cycle. Has the size of a future defensive tackle but the athleticism and pass rush skills of a top EDGE prospect. Flashes a plus first-step and quick hands both on Friday nights and in camp settings. Turned in a dominant sophomore campaign at Miami Dillard, showing advanced pass rush skills as a stand up rusher. Lives in the backfield, using his athleticism, strong hands and instincts to make plays behind the line of scrimmage. Also doubles as a top track and field athlete, with a personal best of 55-6 feet in the shot put. Remains to be seen where he’ll end up from a size perspective, adding to some ambiguity around his position long-term.”
4-star DL Justus Terry – Georgia
On300 Ranking: No. 11
School: Manchester (Ga.)
Scouting Summary: “Justus Terry has a tremendous frame and build for an interior defensive line prospect. Stands in at 6-foot-5, 275 pounds with a 6-foot-8 wingspan that has excellent weight distribution throughout his frame. Wins with first step and lateral quickness, has rare get off and leverage for a player of his stature. Quality bend and ability to change direction, comfortable in space. Uses his length to initiate contact consistently and sheds blockers with ease. Able to anchor and two-gap if asked to in run support. Will need to continue to fill out and gain functional play strength at the next level. Should be able to carry an extra 20-30 pounds on his frame. High upside prospect who will be in consideration for a first round selection in the NFL Draft.”
4-star QB Tavien St. Clair – Ohio State
On300 Ranking: No. 12
School: Bellefontaine (Ohio)
Scouting Summary: “Tavien St. Clair is a pure passer with prototypical physical tools that point to one of the higher developmental upsides among quarterbacks in the 2025 cycle. Measured in at 6-foot-3.5, 210 pounds with a 9.5-inch hand prior to his junior season. Made a considerable jump in development during the off-season between his sophomore and junior years. Has smooth and tight mechanics as a passer. Touts a quick release that is easily replicable. Consistently throws a tight spiral. Mechanical foundation makes him a naturally accurate passer. Off to a strong start to his junior season. Doubles as a solid runner who can pick up yards with his legs when called upon. Functional mobility gives him the ability to extend plays. A three-sport athlete, also playing basketball and baseball. Shows above-the-rim bounce on the hardwood. The degree of improvement from his sophomore to junior years is indicative of an ascending prospect.”

School: Folkston (Ga.) Camden County
Scouting Summary: “Elyiss Williams has a rare combination of athleticism and size for the tight end position. Stands in at nearly 6-foot-7 with crazy bounce and ability to play above the rim which stems from his dominance on the hardwood. Smooth mover in space that can win vertically up the seam with his top-end speed. Has the fluidity and looseness in his hips in order to win in intermediate routes as well. Physical and more than willing blocker at the line of scrimmage. Plays with tenacity and ferocity at the point of attack. Comfortable pass catcher but will need to get stronger catching the ball away from his frame more consistently. Has all the physical and athletic tools that offensive coaches covet at the position. Extremely high upside prospect.”
4-star WR Jaime Ffrench – Alabama
On300 Ranking: No. 17
School: Jacksonville (Fla.) Mandarin
Scouting Summary: “Jaime Ffrench is aavvy receiver with advanced route-running skills. Measured at around 6-foot-1, 185 pounds in the off-season prior to his junior year. Tests as a solid athlete, running in the mid 4.5’s to 4.6 range at camps. Shows elite change of direction and start-stop ability on Friday nights and in the camp setting. Easily changes gears within his routes. Capable of stacking corners off the line and shows shake at the top of his routes. Flashed coordination and the ball skills to make fantastic one-handed grabs at camps. Shifty after the catch. A competitive prospect who showed up to seemingly every event in the off-season. Can clean up concentration drops as he can lose focus at times. Projects as one of the top receivers in the 2025 cycle in large part due to his well rounded, technical skill set.”
4-star QB Deuce Knight – Notre Dame
On300 Ranking: No. 30
School: Lucedale (Miss.) George County
Scouting Summary: “Deuce Knight is a big left-handed signal caller who is the top athlete at the position early on in the 2025 cycle. Transfers that athleticism over to the field on Friday nights. Easily eliminates the angles of pursuit defenders as a scrambler and on designed runs. Tough to bring down in the backfield with his size and reactive quickness. Touts a strong downfield arm. Has made progress as a passer from his sophomore to junior seasons. Still developing, but has the upside to continue improving with continued in-game reps. Transferred to Lipscomb Academy in Nashville, Tenn. for the beginning of his junior year before heading back to Greene County just a few games into the season. Also plays basketball. Considered as a very high upside prospect who is just scratching the surface of his physical potential.”
4-star LB Jadon Perlotte – Georgia
On300 Ranking: No. 35
School: Buford (Ga.)
Scouting Summary: “Jadon Perlotte is an instinctive downhill linebacker prospect that has a knack for bringing down ball carriers and sniffing out plays before the ball is snapped. Excellent ability to diagnose and trigger to the football. Great burst, closes quickly and can change direction with ease. Physical player that can shock and shed blockers between the hashes. Solid top-end speed to get from sideline to sideline. Ran an 11.53 100m in his sophomore track and field season. High floor prospect who will need to add some mass throughout his frame at the next level but should fill out with ease.”
4-star WR Adrian Wilson – Oregon
On300 Ranking: No. 36
School: Pflugerville (Texas) Weiss
Scouting Summary: “Adrian Wilson is a bouncy outside receiver with a large catch radius and some of the better ball skills in the 2025 cycle. Measured in at around 6-foot-0.5, 165 pounds prior to his junior season. Flashes high-end ball skills on Friday nights and plays bigger than his size. Comes down with impressive grabs in jump ball and contested catch situations. Easily tracks the ball over his shoulder. Dangerous in the red zone. Effective at working down the sideline or over the middle of the field. Off to a strong start as a junior with double-digit touchdown catches midway through the season. Can continue improving his route-running and top-end speed.”
