Top 10 offensive tackle signees in the 2025 class
All but one of the top offensive tackle prospects in the 2025 recruiting class — according to the On3 Industry Ranking — has chosen their next destination. Forty-nine of the top 50 have already put pen to paper, with five-star Ty Haywood the lone yet to officially ink with a school.
Eight different programs are represented among the top 10 recruits at the position while Oklahoma and Alabama are currently doubled up, though the latest intel suggests Haywood will sign elsewhere.
Below are where the top offensive tackle prospects in the 2025 cycle signed earlier this month:
1) David Sanders Jr. – Tennessee
School: Providence Day (N.C.)
On3 Industry Ranking: No. 6
Scouting Summary: “Twitchy, explosive jumbo athlete who has been one of the top offensive tackles for the entirety of the 2025 cycle. A two-way star for Providence Christian in Charlotte as an offensive tackle and defensive lineman. Has a tall, lean frame, measuring in at 6-foot-5 ¾, 276 pounds with 33.5-inch arms and 9.5-inch hands at the On3 Elite Series prior to his senior season. Added over 25 pounds as a junior. Registers as a top athlete in the combine setting. Transfers that athleticism over to the field. An electric mover with considerable twitch. Explodes to the second level and moves effortlessly in space. Played much stronger than his lighter weight would suggest as a junior. Has developed upper body and core strength to plant defenders into the ground. Flashes some dominant tendencies as a drive blocker and finisher when engaged. Runs his feet on contact. Relatively advanced technically. Held his own against blue-chip prospects as a junior. Also shows off his athleticism as a defensive lineman. Would be an easy Power 4 prospect on that side of the ball. Displays his functional strength in track and field, where he’s a standout in the shot put, breaking the school record with a 53-3.5 feet throw as a sophomore. Will need to continue adding mass and show he can maintain his top shelf athleticism and hold the weight well within his leaner, streamline frame. Length is solid, but not elite for the position. Physicality didn’t show up as much on film as a senior than it did as a junior. Older for the class, turning 18 years-old as a junior. Should he be able to hold weight and maintain his athleticism, projects as a top left tackle prospect with early round upside due to his elite movement skills.”
2) Michael Fasusi – Oklahoma
School: Lewisville (Texas)
On3 Industry Ranking: No. 13
Scouting Summary: “Hyper-physical offensive lineman who looks like the top pure run blocker at offensive tackle in the loaded 2025 cycle. Measured in at 6-foot-5, 299 pounds with 9.75-inch hands at the On3 Elite Series prior to his senior season. Has plus length for the position, with arms that measure 34 ⅞ inches. Has a barrel-chested build. Added significant size during the off-season between his sophomore and junior years. Spends most of his time as a left tackle, but has also played some on the right side. Has elite natural brute strength. A bull in the run game. Latches onto defensive linemen and keeps his feet moving on contact. Hands are loaded with dynamite. Stuns opposing defensive linemen on contact. Gets a considerable push at the point of attack. Plays with an edge and works to finish blocks with authority. Showed encouraging improvement on the field as a junior, adding play strength. A solid overall athlete with upside to continue improving as a pass protector. Can improve lateral agility and balance. Has a tendency to lunge and get off balance when facing college level prospects in the camp setting. Also participates in track and field, sporting a personal best throw of 51-8.75 feet in the shot put as a junior, a strong mark. Ability in the run game gives him a high floor with the positional versatility to play tackle or guard long-term. Very young for the cycle, turning 17 years-old in July prior to his senior season. Ultimate ceiling will be determined by his continued improvement in pass protection, but the upside to be an early NFL Draft pick is there.”
3) Andrew Babalola – Michigan
School: Blue Valley Northwest (Kan.)
On3 Industry Ranking: No. 15
Scouting Summary: “Immensely gifted offensive tackle who has the physical traits and athletic ability to develop into one of the top prospects at the position in the 2025 cycle. New to football, playing his first year of varsity action as a junior, previously being a basketball-first athlete. Measured in at over 6-foot-5, 295 pounds with 34 ⅜ inch arms prior to his senior season. Added around 20 pounds as a junior. A naturally flexible athlete. Has a flat back in his stance and plays low, sinking his hips to drive up through defenders. A strong functional mover. Moves well and shows light feet. Has good balance and shows a strong base, playing with his feet rooted in the ground. Shows surprising and borderline startling play strength for a developmental tackle. Consistently manhandles defensive linemen at the point of attack. Sustains blocks with his strong grip strength and often finishes with authority, planting defensive linemen in the dirt. Shows an encouraging level of physicality and nastiness. Will need to continue honing his overall technique, particularly in pass protection. Just scratching the surface of his considerable potential and could challenge as the top tackle in the 2025 cycle with continued development.”
4) Lamont Rogers – Texas A&M
School: Horn (Texas)
On3 Industry Ranking: No. 18
Scouting Summary: “Freakish physical talent along the offensive line with rare dimensions and athletic traits. Measured at nearly 6-foot-7, 310 pounds prior to his senior season. The longest top offensive lineman in the 2025 cycle with 35-inch arms to go with 10 5/8 inch hands. A sudden, twitchy athlete who shows his advanced movement skills on Friday nights. Lines up at left tackle for his high school team. Explodes off the snap and envelops defensive linemen on contact. Has been a vicious run blocker for the majority of his high school career. Is able to reach cornerbacks when blocking on perimeter screens. Showed marked improvement in pass protection as a senior, while playing some of the best competition in the state of Texas. A multi-sport athlete who doubles as a prolific basketball player in addition to playing soccer. Still needs to develop technically. Can stand to improve his lower body strength and flexibility. Should see improvement once he receives college coaching and gets in a Power 4 strength program. Has one of the higher upsides in the loaded 2025 offensive line cycle.”
5) Ty Haywood – Alabama commit
School: Ryan (Texas)
On3 Industry Ranking: No. 22
Scouting Summary: “Explosive, powerful offensive tackle with high-end traits for the position. Measured in at around 6-foot-4.75, 297 pounds with 33 ⅞-inch arms and 10-inch hands at the On3 Elite Series prior to his senior season. Added around 15 pounds prior to his junior season. Shows encouraging movement skills in the camp setting. Doubles as a standout in track and field with a stellar 58-6 foot shot put throw as a junior. Transfers those physical attributes over to the field in a functional way. Works at left tackle for Denton Ryan, one of the top talent-producing high school programs in North Texas. Flashes very strong hands, stunning defensive linemen with his initial punch. Has strong grip strength and maintains his blocks. A bully in the run game. Plays with a sturdy base and shows the ability to anchor on contact. Will need to continue honing his pass set technique. Has some stiffness in his lower body and could stand to improve flexibility. Lunges nd loses balance at times and didn’t move quite as well as a senior. Frame may project more as a maxed 315-pounder than at 325+. Has the skill set to project at multiple spots along the offensive line, but stacks up well among a loaded offensive tackle group in the 2025 cycle.”

6) Will Black – Notre Dame
School: Choate Rosemary Hall (Conn.)
On3 Industry Ranking: No. 26
Scouting Summary: “Highly coordinated athlete with the frame, balance and movement skills to develop into a premier left tackle. Measured in at 6-foot-7.5, 283 pounds with 34.25-inch arms and 9.75-inch hands at the On3 Elite Series prior to his senior season. New to football, picking up the game at the beginning of high school. Looks like a true top athlete in the combine setting, running an electronically timed 4.90 second 40-yard dash along with a shuttle in the 4.5 second range prior to his senior season. Plays with eye-popping bend for such a tall lineman. Gets low in his stance. Able to get underneath the pads of defenders and runs his feet to create a push. Plays with outstanding balance. Shows encouraging vision with the radar to identify defenders not in his direct line of sight. A smooth, light-footed mover in pass protection with the ability to redirect with ease. Drops his weight to anchor on contact. Will need to continue getting stronger in his upper body. Showed his rare athleticism as a senior, catching a pass and running for a touchdown from around 50 yards out. Moved to the United States to attend boarding school prior to his junior season. Has a hockey background. Older for the class after reclassifying upon moving to the US. Should be able to add weight and maintain his top shelf athleticism. The overall physical tools and technical skills along with the relative lack of experience point to a very promising upside as the top offensive tackle in a very strong cycle at the position nationally.”
7) Jackson Lloyd – Alabama
School: Carmel (Calif.)
On3 Industry Ranking: No. 33
Scouting Summary: “Tall, nimble mover with an athletic profile that points to a high developmental upside at the position. Measured in at 6-foot-6 and around 280 pounds in the off-season after his junior season. Arms measure just over 33 inches. Lines up at left tackle for his high school team. An explosive mover. Fires off the snap and swallows up defensive linemen on contact. Light-footed and works to the second level with ease. Dominates subpar competition, often driving defenders out of the frame. Shows good initial movement in his pass set. Showed improvement in pass protection and his play strength as a senior. Has a high cut build and will need to continue improving his base, bend and balance. Also lines up at defensive tackle and dominates the level of competition on that side of the ball. Has a strong multi-sport background as a top high school player in both basketball and baseball. Shows his athleticism on the basketball court, averaging 15 points per game as a junior, flashing rare above-the-rim bounce and the ability to run the floor at his size. Length is below average for top offensive tackles. May need some time to adjust to the uptick in competition but athleticism and coordination point to an encouragingly high ceiling.”
8) Carter Lowe – Ohio State
School: Whitmer (Ohio)
On3 Industry Ranking:
Analyst’s Take: “First and foremost, Lowe continues to pass the eye test. He is every bit of the 6-foot-5 and 285 pounds that he is listed at on his On3 profile. Lowe easily moved defenders off the ball in the run game and was nearly impossible to get around in pass protection. He plays left tackle for the panthers and simply put, he looked like a future Ohio State offensive lineman on Friday night.” — Mick Walker, Lettermen Row
9) Malachi Goodman – Penn State
School: Paramus Catholic (N.J.)
On3 Industry Ranking: No. 88
Scouting Summary: “Big-framed offensive tackle prospect with a projectable combination of length, strength and balance. Measured in at 6-foot-5.5 and around 310 pounds as a senior. Has plus length with arms that measure over 34.5 inches with big 10.25-inch hands. Has lined up at both left and right tackle for his high school. Controlled in his movements. Shows the ability to maintain his base and mirror pass rushers. Good ability to redirect. Explosive when working as a run blocker. Bodies defenders at the point of attack. Improved finishing ability as a senior, resulting in some emphatic pancakes. Showed improved overall movement skills as a senior. Fared well when facing top competition. Also throws the shot put, with a personal best of 46-7.25 feet.Looks to be a solid, not elite athlete for the position and can improve lower body flexibility. Young for the cycle with a late birthday, turning 18 years-old in July prior to his first college football season. Young age and improvement point to a high developmental upside.”
10) Ryan Fodje – Oklahoma
School: Bridgeland (Texas)
On3 Industry Ranking: No. 94
Scouting Summary: “Ascending offensive tackle prospect with the skill set to develop into a high-level pass protector. Measured at an estimated 6-foot-4.5, 295 pounds prior to his senior season. Added considerable mass to his frame as a junior. Looks to have good length for the position. Lines up at right tackle for his high school team. Advanced in pass protection relative to many of his peers. Has light feet and shows high-end reactive quickness. Mirrors and stays on balance with micro movements. Neutralizes pass rushers with active hands at the point of attack. Shows signs of a solid anchor. Flashes encouraging upside as a drive blocker in the run game. Moves very well at the second level. Also participates in track, where he threw a personal best of 45-5.75 feet in the shot put, a good mark. One of the youngest top offensive linemen in the cycle, turning 17 years-old in July prior to his senior year of high school. Still developing in part due to his younger age. Will need to continue adding play strength. Has some ambiguity around his true measurements. Has the upside to break into the top tier of offensive tackle prospects in a loaded cycle at the position.”
