College football’s early signing period is less than three months away, but plenty of talented players are still on the board, including nine uncommitted EDGE rushers in the 2022 On300 rankings.
In total, 74 of the top 300 players in the country—just under 25 percent—have yet to announce their college commitments, but most of those will do so between now and December 15, when the first signing period officially opens. Skipping the spring semester of high school and enrolling early has become the norm in college football in recent years, with programs like Alabama, Clemson, Georgia, Oklahoma and others bringing typically bringing in more than a dozen players after the semester break.

Schools considering: Alabama, Texas, Texas A&M, Ohio State
Latest intel: Texas A&M has been making a big push as of late for Abor, but Ohio State and Alabama are right there in the thick of it. This one could stretch all the way to January, so it’s unlikely anything big happens soon.
Cyrus Moss
Background: Las Vegas Bishop Gorman
Ranking: On300 No. 44
Schools considering: Oregon, Alabama, Florida, Notre Dame
Latest intel: Moss was supposed to visit The Swamp for the Florida-Alabama game, but that was postponed. He’ll now be in Gainesville October 9, and he also has a visit to Alabama set for November. He tripped to Oregon and Notre Dame over the summer, and right now the Ducks are seen as the favorite.
