The transfer portal has been active all offseason, and some big moves happened as a result. With the May 1 deadline behind us, the On3 Transfer Portal Rankings are now set.

Former Oklahoma quarterback Caleb Williams leads the charge as the No. 1 player to enter the portal this year. He left the Sooners after a standout freshman campaign for USC to once again join forces with Lincoln Riley, who left Oklahoma at the end of the 2021 campaign.

Georgia Tech transfer Jahmyr Gibbs comes in behind Williams as the No. 2 player in the portal and the No. 1 running back to hit the open market. He committed to Alabama on Jan. 3 after quite a run with the Yellow Jackets.

But one of the newest portal additions — who came in just ahead of the deadline to enter and maintain immediate eligibility — is Pittsburgh transfer Jordan Addison. Addison is the No. 4-ranked player to transfer this offseason and the No. 1 wide receiver in the rankings after hitting the open market this week.

Another big-name transfer pickup for Alabama, Eli Ricks, came in as the top defensive player in the portal. He starred at LSU the last two years, but decided to team up with Nick Saban and the Crimson Tide. In fact, Saban got three of the top 10 transfers to commit to his program, which is coming off a national title game appearance and brings back plenty of key pieces from that team. Wide receiver Jermaine Burton, On3’s No. 6-ranked transfer, also made the move to Tuscaloosa from defending national champion Georgia.

Here’s the full top 25 transfers to hit the portal this offseason.
