Over 2,000 players entered the college basketball transfer portal during the 45-day open window. That window is now closed, so while many players have already committed to college programs, there are still some out there. Let’s discuss the top ten players still available in the college basketball transfer portal.

2024 College Basketball Transfer Portal Rankings

1. SF Jamir Watkins, Florida State

Jamir Watkins is a 6-foot-7/210-pound junior originally from New Jersey. The wing averaged 15.6 points, 6.0 rebounds, 2.8 assists, and 1.9 steals per game this season for Florida State. Watkins started his college career at VCU. He is going through the NBA Draft process and has been invited to the NBA Draft Combine.

2. SG Chaz Lanier, North Florida

Chaz Lanier is a 6-foot-4/199-pound redshirt junior originally from Nashville, Tennessee. The guard earned first-team All-A Sun honors last season after his 19.7 points finished second in the league and he shot 44.0 percent from three. Lanier has played all four college seasons at North Florida, starting 49 of them.

3. PF Coleman Hawkins, Illinois

Coleman Hawkins is a 6-foot-10/225-pound senior originally from California. The forward earned third-team All-Big Ten honors this season after averaging 12.1 points, 6.1 rebounds, 2.7 assists, 1.5 steals, and 1.1 blocks per game. Hawkins has spent all four college seasons at Illinois. He is going through the NBA Draft process and has been invited to the NBA Draft Combine.

4. PF Achor Achor, Samford

Achor Achor is a 6-foot-9/227-pound senior originally from Australia. The post player earned first-team All-Southern Conference honors after averaging 16.1 points, 6.1 rebounds, and 1.8 blocks while shooting 43.5 percent from three. Achor started his college career at Chipola Junior College before starting 34 games in his two seasons at Samford.

5. PF JT Toppin, New Mexico

JT Toppin is a 6-foot-9/210-pound freshman originally from Texas. The forward earned second-team All-Mountain West and Mountain West Rookie of the Year honors this season after averaging 12.4 points, 9.1 rebounds, 1.1 steals, and 1.9 blocks per game. Toppin is going through the NBA Draft process and has been invited to the NBA Draft Combine.

6. PF Kasean Pryor, USF

Kasean Pryor is a 6-foot-10/210-pound redshirt junior originally from Chicago. The forward averaged 13.0 points, 7.9 rebounds, 1.8 assists, and 1.2 steals per game this season. Pryor played his first two seasons of college basketball at Boise State. He is going through the NBA Draft process.

8. SF Jaylen Wells, Washington State

Jaylen Wells is a 6-foot-8/205-pound junior originally from California. The wing forward averaged 12.6 points and 4.6 rebounds this season while shooting 41.7 percent from three. Wells started his college career at Division 2 Sonoma State. He is going through the NBA Draft process.

9. C Great Osobor, Utah State

Great Osobor is a 6-foot-8/250-pound junior originally from the United Kingdom. The post player earned Mountain West Conference Player of the Year honors after averaging 17.7 points, 9.0 rebounds, 2.8 assists, 1.3 steals, and 1.4 blocks per game. Osobor started his college career at Montana State. He is going through the NBA Draft process.

10. SF Anthony Dell’Orso, Campbell
