On the field, numerous key players will not be available between both teams for Saturday’s game. But on the sidelines, both head coaches will be locked and loaded. Both giving each other high praise headed into this weekend’s matchup.
“Lane has a positive outlook on the game and he certainly has been a central figure in college football,” Brian Kelly said. “He can poke fun at himself and others, and I think he’s good for college football.”
“They got new staff and Brian does a great job,” Lane Kiffin said. “I think he’s all-time active, winningest college coach,” Kiffin said. “You got to make hard changes to be a successful head coach and I’m sure that was challenging for him, but you gotta do what’s in the best interest of the team.”
