Tre Harris, Smael Mondon injury updates: Early statuses revealed on Ole Miss, Georgia stars
Days removed from being a game time decision and not playing against Arkansas, eyes are back on Ole Miss wideout Tre Harris ahead of a matchup with Georgia. But he’s not the only player on the Wednesday injury report worth monitoring.
Harris returning would be a boon for the Rebels. But Georgia also has some key players banged up, and both teams could be looking at getting some key reinforcements back this weekend.

Along with Harris, another key Ole Miss player is banged up: Running back Henry Parrish. Head coach Lane Kiffin was mum with an update on Parrish after the win on Saturday.
“Yeah, I don’t know about Henry,” Kiffin said.
Before leaving the game, Parrish had 10 carries for 22 rushing yards. For the season, he’s tallied over 600 rushing yards and 10 touchdowns, becoming one of the most pivotal pieces on their offense.
Georgia, on the other hand, is dealing with an injury to its running back, Trevor Etienne, though head coach Kirby Smart was optimistic about it.

“Etienne I feel good about,” Smart said via Seth Emerson of The Athletic. “He felt good yesterday and did some things yesterday with our guys. … The trainer feels good about him.”
Seven carries for Etienne against Florida resulted in just 31 yards. In what was supposed to be an emotional day for him — going up against his former team in a big-time rivalry — he sadly had to watch Nate Frazier take most of the snaps due to injury.
In his update, Smart did admit Etienne is trying to “tough it out” through the week. It’s a similar message to what was given during the Florida game. Etienne was never ruled out but if he was going to play, pain was the primary issue.
