3-star WR Trech Kekahuna announces top eight schools
Las Vegas (Nev.) Bishop Gorman three-star wide receiver Trech Kekahuna announced his top eight schools on Friday. They are Arizona, Arizona State, Hawaii, Incarnate Word, Oregon, Utah, Washington State and Wisconsin.
Kekahuna decommitted from the Badgers on Nov. 3. He was previously pledged to the Big Ten program since June 19.
Wisconsin is the only one of Kekahuna’s finalists to receive a visit from him. He was in Madison on June 17 for an official visit and June 6 for an unofficial. According to the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine, the Badgers still have a commanding lead for Kekahuna’s pledge at 93.4%.
RPM was released to the public in December. The On3 engineering group teamed up with Spiny.ai to create the industry’s first algorithm and machine learning-based product to predict where athletes will attend college.

Following Kekahuna’s decommitment, Wisconsin’s 2023 recruiting class contained 12 pledges. The group currently ranks No. 50 in the 2023 On3 Consensus Team Recruiting Rankings and No. 10 in the Big Ten.
Kekahuna has an On3 NIL Valuation of $6K. The On3 NIL Valuation is an index that looks to set the standard market value for both high school and college-level athletes. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
