Brent Pry is set to bring in a former Penn State colleague to run his offense at Virginia Tech.

Pry is expected to hire Tyler Bowen, who is currently the Jacksonville Jaguars’ tight ends coach, as the Hokies’ offensive coordinator at the conclusion of the Jaguars’ season, sources tell On3.

Bowen worked at Penn State with Pry for three seasons prior to being hired by Jacksonville, including as the Jaguars’ co-offensive coordinator, tight ends coach and offensive recruiting coordinator in 2020.
