UCLA RB 4-star commit Roderick Robinson II rushes for 8 TDs
San Diego (Calif.) Lincoln four-star running back and UCLA commit Roderick Robinson II has been incredible to start the 2022 high school season.
He had maybe the best performance of any athlete in the country this past week in San Diego Lincoln’s game against Chula Vista (Calif.) Mater Dei Catholic.
Robinson rushed for 476 yards on 32 carries and found the end zone eight times as San Diego Lincoln won the game 56-20.
Robinson is the No. 245 overall recruit and No. 15 running back in the 2023 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.
He currently has an On3 NIL Valuation of $22k. The On3 NIL Valuation is an index that looks to set the standard market value for both high school and college-level athletes. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.

Robinson is the top commit in the small 2023 Bruins recruiting class, which ranks 77th in the 2023 On3 Consensus Team Recruiting Ranking. There are only five other commits and one other four-star verbal.
The other four-star commit was someone he played against Saturday night: Chula Vista (Calif.) Mater Dei Catholic four-star linebacker Tre Edwards.
While he has been committed to UCLA since May, Robinson’s recruitment has not been shut down. He is planning on taking an official visit next week to Texas A&M.
