BRADENTON, Fla. – Some of the top players in the class of 2026 are performing at IMG Academy this weekend in the Under Armour Future 50 event. Friday night kicked off with a pair of 5-on-5 games.

On3 was on-site for the first day of the event. Several prospects showed out on Friday.

On3 MVP: ATH Keisean Henderson — Houston (2026)

“This first day of work out here in Bradenton, FL was 5-on-5 flag football which allowed for us to get a great look at the physical traits and athletic tools for a lot of these athletes. And no athlete stood out more than Houston QB commit Keisean Henderson. He played all over the field on Friday lining up at receiver, safety and some quarterback.

“Henderson has a tall, leaner athletic frame that is more than capable of adding some substantial mass at the next level. He had some flashes at quarterback for his team, but he had genuine jaw-dropping moments at receiver and safety. His ability to go up and high point the football was on full display on both sides of the ball. The fluidity and the body control stand out in such a big way, especially for his body type. He made multiple circus catches for scores on the day. Henderson was a showman every time he stepped onto the grass and was a genuine treat for all of us to watch on Friday.” — National Scout Cody Bellaire

2. QB Faizon Brandon (2026)

“This event has a loaded group of quarterbacks and Faizon Brandon has arguably the most upside of the entire bunch. From a physical build standpoint, he looks ready right now. He’s built well and muscled up with excellent weight distribution throughout his frame. Not only does he look the part, but he throws it just as well if not better. The velocity he has on the football combined with how quickly and efficiently he gets the ball out is top tier. Play, he’s a quality athlete that can maneuver the pocket comfortably and still generate tremendous zip when working off-platform. He’s as toolsy as they come at the quarterback position for his age and he showed off those tools during Friday’s games.”

3. ATH Jett Washington (2026)

“One of the most physically impressive prospects that competed on Friday was Bishop Gorman (NV) ATH Jett Washington. He is an absolute creature standing in at every bit of 6-foot-4, 200 pounds. Washington lined up as a defensive back during the flag football games today and was constant nuisance for opposing quarterbacks. It felt like every time the quarterback even looked his direction, he was able to get his hand on the football. And in the final game of the day, Washington made the play of the evening going up and coming down with a one-handed interception in the corner of the endzone. He was extremely impressive and can’t wait to see how he looks during Saturday’s workout.”

4. QB Brady Hart — Michigan (2026)

Brady Hart is one of the most polished passers in the 2026 cycle and he was clinical during Friday’s flag football games. He is so efficient and surgical as a passer. His ability to thread the needle in between defenders and consistently hit his receivers between the numbers is impressive. His frame has filled out and he looks like he’s generating more zip on the football now that he’s grown into his body a bit more. The football jumps out of his hand and has real juice to it when he’s able to get everything into his throws. He was able to weave the football through a ton of traffic on Friday and made multiple wow throws throughout the evening.”

5. ATH Derrek Cooper (2026)

Derrek Cooper is another player that played both ways during Friday’s games. He’s somebody who has a college-ready frame right now going into his junior season of high school. Cooper showed tremendous twitch and strong overall movement skills on both sides of the ball. I was most impressed though with his strong hands and ability to catch the football away from his frame. He was the safety net for his team during both games and showed natural ball skills. Cooper is a very natural athlete that has all the physical and athletic tools that translate to the next level.”

6. WR Jayden Petit (2026)

Jayden Petit started the day off on fire catching the first two touchdowns for his team. Both catches were acrobatic, high point grabs in the back of the endzone. He’s so comfortable in the air and makes 50-50 balls look more like 70-30 balls. At 6-foot-4, 200+ pounds, Petit has versatility as a jumbo slot player and as an outside receiver. He’s a smooth mover with natural ball skills and ball tracking that allow him to be a vertical and redzone weapon. Petit’s strong hands were on full display during Friday’s games and we expect to see them again during Saturday’s workout.”

7. QB Dia Bell — Texas (2026)

“Another quarterback that I felt spun it extremely well on Friday was Dia Bell. From an arm talent perspective, Bell is as good as anyone in the 2026 cycle. He’s the definition of a natural thrower. His ability to manipulate the football and throw consistently catchable footballs from multiple arm angles is a treat to watch. He was dicing up defenses on Friday evening and made a few special throws throughout the day. He’s someone that has ton of upside especially as he develops and fills out his frame down the line.”

8. QB Will Griffin — Florida (2026)

“On the flip side of that, Will Griffin has the physical frame and build to play college snaps right now. He’s a dense and strong 225 pounds while standing in at 6-foot-3. He has a strong arm that isn’t afraid to push the field vertically. Plus, he’s got the velocity to fit the ball into windows other quarterbacks can’t. He’s someone that can navigate the pocket comfortably and make accurate throws on the move as well. Griffin was arguably the most consistent passer on the day and found the endzone quite often.”

9. SAF J’Zavien Currence (2026)

“Jett Washington was making plays all over the field for Team Jettas, but J’Zavien Currence was doing the exact same thing on the other side of the field. And Currence is a creature in his own right possessing freakish length in a tremendous frame for a defensive back. Standing at 6-foot-3, 200+ pounds, he was flying all over the back half of the field as well. He was constantly clogging passing lanes as well as making plays on the football. Currence is a smooth mover with excellent twitch and burst that triggered to the football as good as any defender out on the field during Friday’s games.”

10. WR Vance Spafford (2026)

Vance Spafford took his dominant OT7 Championship performance into Future 50 and put on another great showing during Friday’s games. His ability to stretch the field vertically and make contested catches is so dominant. Spafford was consistently finding himself open and was able to get behind the defense multiple times throughout the day. He even made a on-handed snag in the final game of the day to cap off a strong workout. He’s someone I am excited to see during the one-on-one period during Saturday’s workout because he has been borderline unguardable for two weeks.”
