USC four-star quarterback commit Jonas Williams was one of the top arms in attendance at Sunday’s Elite 11 regional in Nashville. The Frankfort Heights (Ill.) Lincoln-Way East signal-caller has now secured a spot in the Elite 11 Finals this summer in Los Angeles.

He’s the sixth passer to earn an invite to the prestigious camp, joining Texas five-star commit Dia Bell, Houston five-star signal-caller Keisean Henderson, Tennessee five-star pledge Faizon Brandon, Miami four-star commit Dereon Coleman and Louisville three-star commit Briggs Cherry.

There are few higher honors for prep quarterbacks than being invited to the event, which will celebrate its 26th year in 2025. It bring together 20 of the country’s elite signal-callers for three days of competition and training in Los Angeles during the month of June.

Elite 11 alumni include Carson PalmerAndrew LuckMatthew StaffordTim Tebow, and more recently Trevor LawrenceC.J. StroudBryce Young and more. Last year’s Elite 11 Finals featured more than a dozen of the top 20 quarterbacks in the final On3 Industry Rankings, including five of the top six players at the position.

Leading Lincoln-Way East to a 12-1 season in 2024, Williams threw for 2,926 yards and 42 touchdowns while also rushing for 400 yards and an additional seven scores. The Griffons finished as the No. 4 team in Illinois, according to the On3 Composite Rankings.

Williams flipped from Oregon to USC earlier this year

The recruiting process has been a hectic one for Williams, but he’s now found his home after flipping from Oregon to USC in February. A top-100 recruit and the No. 8 QB in the 2026 cycle, Williams is a key member of the Trojans’ recruiting class, which currently ranks No. 2 in the On3 Industry Team Recruiting Rankings.

His stock has continued to rise ahead of his senior season, too. Williams is now the No. 7 signal-caller in the updated On300. On3 National Scout Cody Bellaire recently got a great look at the gunslinger during Overtime’s OT7:

“The quarterbacks had a tough showing throughout the first weekend of OT7, but Jonas Williams was the one who felt showed the most consistency over the two day event,” Bellaire wrote, tabbing Williams as a top performer. “Williams showed off his excellent arm talent, getting rid of the ball quickly and placing it with precision. His ability to throw as comfortably on the run or off-platform just as well as he throws it within the pocket was fantastic. He has one of the more physically-gifted arms in the 2026 cycle and was throwing it all over the yard on Day 2. He was able put the ball on the money on tight window throws and deep, downfield bombs all weekend long and put on an overall great showing.”
