We are down to the last few games in the college football regular season. Week 11’s showdown between Pac-12 conference rivals USC and Oregon will draw a ton of attention as it will go a long way toward defining the conference championship picture. And heading into the game, Oregon is the betting favorite to win.

According to FanDuel Sportsbook, Oregon opens as a 14-point favorite over USC. The over/under is set at 73.5 points.

FanDuel isn’t the only one riding with the Ducks. ESPN’s matchup predictor gives the Trojans just a 22.3 percent chance of pulling off the upset on Saturday.

This is quickly turning into a season to forget for USC. After starting the year 6-0, the Trojans have dropped three of their last four games, with their win being a narrow 50- 49 victory at the 3-5 California Golden Bears. The Trojans’ offense has been elite for much of the season, ranking in the top 10 in the nation in passing yards and only trailing the LSU Tigers in points per game. Star quarterback Caleb Williams has done all he can do on the field to allow USC to win week in and week out.

In week 10’s loss to Washington, Williams, and the USC offense put up 515 yards of total offense as he completed 27-35 of his pass attempts for 312 yards with three touchdowns and zero interceptions. Unfortunately, the reigning Heisman Trophy winner did have one fumble in the game, late in the second quarter, which led to a Washington touchdown and a Huskies’ 35-28 lead at halftime. USC’s defense, on the other hand, was absent for much of the game as they gave up 572 yards of total offense and allowed Washington running back Dillon Johnson to have a career game with 256 yards and four touchdowns on 26 carries.

Oregon, following their lone loss of the season to Washington, has bounced back strongly. The Ducks are winners of their last three games following the defeat to the Huskies, including a 35-6 drubbing of the Utah Utes. Quarterback Bo Nix has kept his name in the Heisman Trophy race all season long with his impressive dual-threat play. Nix barely has a blemish passing the ball this season. This super senior quarterback has completed 206-of-263 passes for 2337 yards with 21 passing touchdowns and one interception. Nix also has three rushing touchdowns to his name.

The Ducks last win came at home against the Golden Bears. Oregon throttled Cal 63-19 behind balanced play from both their offense and defense. The Ducks were just three yards shy of 600 yards of total offense. And Oregon’s defense forced Cal into three turnovers in the game — two fumbles loss and an interception.
